With a 100 CP interp, Warlock just dies.  With a 50 CP interp, uh, spam Head Break, the "cancels charging spell" effect I guess?  At least if you see Warlock as "charging" the spell at start of turn and finishing it when he gets his turn, which would be a long charge time given his speed.  50 CP Estelle miiiiight win this anyway without nebulous charge interps, Pyro's stat topic has her at 106% HP and the highest killpoint in the S4 topic suggests Warlock's EQ deals 1200/1138 = 1.054 PCHP damage.

Merrin (Fire Emblem Engage) vs Sonya (Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia)
Merrin needs 3 dagger hits to win (doesn't even need a poison stack) and has a larger threat range and doubles. 
No Ladyblade: Merrin can just walk in and eat the Fire counterattack, and Sonya needs to pray for an Excalibur crit, but it's not turn 1 and might miss anyway.  Easy Merrin win.
With Ladyblade: Fire + Hexblade is 54 Echoes damage, which vs. a 48.1 killpoint = 1.12 PCHP damage = more than Merrin's 1.09 MDurability.  (The 3 HP cost isn't scary either, she'll have that much after only 2 dagger hits even ignoring regen.)  So...  Sonya can win...  but same problem as last week with Serenoa, this involves getting 2 hits against Merrin's great evade.  Hexblade does have 101 Hit at base, but Fire is only 80 Hit, so odds of both connecting aren't very consistent here.  I guess if Fire missed Sonya just goes for an Excalibur crit after all, but see above then.

While I've played Ys Seven, it's a bit of an awkward DL fit.  Similar to Star Ocean 3, got some tough "Action RPG interp" issues there.  SO3 has really high playership so overcomes them, but Ys7 might not be that lucky.

No complaints on UO / 7S / PB.  Disclaimer that I played the PS2 PB and beats me how much, if at all, the later PB remake changed things.  But I imagine anyone nomming PB is doing it just for Ash anyway, basically a one-dueler rank.

Almaz (Disgaea 5: Alliance of Vengeance) vs Lucius (Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade) - Almaz can dodge counters with Summon Swordance (same damage as his default, just more expensive) but still only 3HKOs.  Lucius, meanwhile... also 3HKOs so whoever goes first here wins (I suppose one might consider Almaz's 30% staff weakness to be relevent, since Dis5 cares about equipped weapons for magic attacks, but I don't, tomes are distinct from staves so far as either series is concerned)... and while I think it's Almaz I'm not actually certain.  It doesn't help that Lucius has 12% evade against average accuracy and Almaz is well below (sub-Killia HIT, boy?  Good lord.) e: yeah I think expecting Almaz to hit 3/3 is a bit much considering.

Rubicante (Final Fanasy IV) vs Myria (Breath of Fire III): Rubi's around 3.6 PC to me, Myria around 5.4. Rubicant's big problem is being weak to ice, so Myria can do 1.33, killing him in three hits. No way he outraces that. If he closes the cape she uses Sirocco instead doing just 0.5, so Myria needs five of those. Rubi thus gets four turns of physicals which do... yeah nowhere near enough.
Alain (Unicorn Overlord) vs Sephiroth (Final Fantasy VII): More flyin'. Pale Horse works for me, too.

Heavy

Throné (Octopath Traveler II) vs Clarissa Arwin (Wild ARMs XF): Throne's probably at or near the TB speed cap, and she can nuke well over half of Clarissa's HP with her opening turn, so I have to think she can pull it out from there. EDIT: Hmm, no, probably not that fast. Including Throne's speed boost in the speed average (at least for her) makes the mean 324 and the standard deviation 100, so she clocks in at +2.09, and I would generally take the SDs of Octopath 2 lower than advertised. But... that's less necessary now that the SD has gone from 58 to 100, honestly. If I double the normal SD to ~116, Throne still clocks in at around +1.8 which honestly feels fair, "way way faster than everyone else in this random system to the point where you'd definitely notice it" is often around there. And that's still faster than Clarissa to me.

Hmm I really thought faster PCs went first more often but I dunno for sure. Should be easy enough to test. Certainly I remember Throne's passive being the difference between "randoms are competent" and "randoms all die before doing anything" but that might just be the offence and then confirmation bias about the speed, though.

Rubicante (Final Fanasy IV) vs Myria (Breath of Fire III) - Pretty clear-cut.  Myria's just on a whole other level.
Alain (Unicorn Overlord) vs Sephiroth (Final Fantasy VII) - Alain has no real answer to Pale Horse.  Or Supernova.  Or Break.  or flying.
Ronin (Etrian Odyssey Nexus) vs T260G (SaGa Frontier) - just looking at the durability numbers sold the entire story there.  It's already an interp call on whether or not Arm Bind can land on T260G.  It's a second interp call as to whether that'd stop enough meaningful parts of T260's kit.  It's a third one whether or not Ronin could manage to kill considering T260's absurd durabilities and very comprehensive status-blocking, and Intercept System being a fucker.

Heavy

Highlander (Etrian Odyssey Nexus) vs Sienna (Chained Echoes) - while I can't technically vote on CE, it's worth noting that by the numbers, Gae Bolg, on top of having absolute initiative and being ITE, hits for just short of 0.92 PCHP, while Sienna is listed in the topic as having 0.83 PDUR.

Middle

Red Mage (Final Fantasy V) vs Alexei (Eternal Poison) - goes first, sets up Protect, outslugs with healing.  Or just lands Mini or Toad, EP statusblockers don't cover Transform.

Metal Slug Tactics - MST is already incompatible with the DL format on multiple levels.  The biggest one simply being that you have randomized upgrades and skills, and given the game's roguelite nature, such factors are not readily quantifiable.  The game's heavy focus on positional strategy (movement, cover, support attacks) above other factors also frankly makes for a terrible DL translation.
Phantom Brave - so admittedly my only real objection here is the ring-out mechanics.  If you take those out I'm fine.

Boston (Romancing SaGa 3) vs Strawman (Wizard of Oz: Beyond the Yellow Brick Road) - Boston goes first and immunes Strawman's damage! Too bad he's total bait to Falcon Swoop and fails to OHKO anyway.

Red Mage (Final Fantasy V) vs Alexei (Eternal Poison) - Alexei misses the OHKO on Red Mage even if they go last, so Froggies.
Chrom (Fire Emblem Awakening) vs Ilia Silvestri (Star Ocean: First Departure) - OKAY. Chrom and Ilia kill each other in about the same amount of hits. Their ranged options also deal around the same damage to each other. Ilia triggers counters, Chrom triggers evade, Ilia's ranged offense can't outheal Falchion, but her actual moves can... HOWEVER, Chrom has the counters, and he will outstall Ilia if she goes ranged, he has infinite Falchion uses, she doesn't have infinite MP. And if she goes melee, well, those counters are problematic whenever they hit. This said... I think Falchion counters + healing will eventually get him there, the healing undoes most of the damage of a single Ilia attack and he can get progress without having to go on the offensive himself, while Ilia... can't really say the same.

Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes - Half-played. Skillsets seem a little bland for the DL, though. Might be okay with a stat topic?
Eternal Poison - Played, but it has been so long since I thought about this game that I'd need to replay it to even remember how the system works...
Final Fantasy VII Rebirth - Played! Despite my best efforts I cannot find a mechanics guide for this game in English or Japanese though, so a stat topic is nigh-impossible.
Genso Shoujo Taisen (Fantasy Maiden Wars) - Played! Easy to stat topic!
The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero - Started, the cast seems fun
Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope - Played
Metal Slug Tactics - Played! I think a stat topic could work fine just using builds for skill options that are readily purchasable. The game is intended for multiple playthroughs and you accumulate ways of eliminating randomness over the course of multiple runs, by design. By the time you've unlocked all the characters, the skillsets start to look like a normal JRPG party.
Metaphor Re:fantazio - Played. This is extremely DL-friendly.
Persona 3 Reload - Not played, but throwing support at it anyway.
Phantom Brave - Played obviously~ I could put together a full-cast stat topic for this easily enough, even if only Ash would get nominated.
Pokémon Scarlet/Violet - Not played, actually. But modern Pokemon mechanics seem fun in the DL.
Pokémon Legend Arceus - Played. There's a lot of fun wrinkles in this particular pokemon game that make it an interesting Rank, including like... rankable Bosses.
Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure - Played! Stat-topic-ing this could be difficult, but if enough people are interested, it's doable.
Romancing SaGa 2 - Played! I recently picked up the JP mechanics guide for the Remake too, so a stat topic is doable.
SaGa Scarlet Grace - Played and Stat-topic'd! I could probably clean it up for readability. Sadly the SGSG cast is less interesting than the RS2 cast in the DL due to how the battle system is more team-focused.
SaGa Emerald Beyond - Played (one route so far). Not likely to have enough mechanics data to stat topic yet, but it's got more potential than SGSG.
Star Ocean: The Divine Force - Played! Honestly though, this might be the biggest ARPG nightmare in the DL yet.
Troubleshooter - Not Played, but it's On The List!

Valkyria Chronicles 4 - Played, but I doubt anyone is interested in this cast's DL performance...
