Seymour (vs. False Althena)

Spiran summoner. Very, very few titles can convey the same sense of maddening power, and Seymour Guado is one of the most powerful of that elite group. Final Fantasy X's good-looking and foul-hearted antagonist marks his return to the DL with a goal, this time seeking a chance to meet his wife in the arena. The first little speedbumb to that end is just some deluded woman. The imposter known as False Althena may be fast and damaging, but she has two very serious problems in this fight. The first is Seymour's immunity to thunder attacks in his thunder mode. The second is Seymour's near-impregnable physical defenses rendering what little else she has moot. With that established, not much can long withstand the punishing offense of Maester Seymour's quadracast spells. This battle of the pretty villains with the hulking monster forms will be settled in typical spiran summoner fashion... a complete and utter slaughter.

Few titles can convey the sense of maddening power that "Summoner" does on Spira, and Seymour Guado is one of the most powerful of that elite group. He returns to the arena with a goal, this time seeking a chance to meet his wife in the arena. The first little speed bump to that end is just some deluded woman. The imposter known as False Althena may be fast and damaging, but she has two very serious problems in this fight. The first is Seymour's immunity to thunder attacks in his thunder mode. The second is Seymour's near-impregnable physical defenses. The false goddess relies on physical attacks and lightning for damage, which means...well, that's that. Even if she could hurt him, she can't long withstand the punishing offense of Seymour's quadracast spells. This battle of pretty villains will be settled in typical summoner fashion... as a complete and utter slaughter.
