Information on the freeze/break.

The ranking freeze was Season 38, Season 40, and Season 42, with us starting ranking again during Season 44. The break is looking like a full season (six weeks), which would restart the DL on Feburary the 22rd. Noms would be done on the 15th, noms would open on the 8th. With

S41 ends on March 28th. S42 ends on May 9th. Season 43 ends on June 20th. Season 44 rankings would open up July 11. DLcon would land on the start of a week 5.

Well, the freeze is offically over, rankings start in S44. Hope everyone's ready!
