One of the stronger of Lazlo's in-group of acadamy friends, Jewel intends to make her presence known in the DL Arena this Light Season. People may question her character, mostly due to her atrocious taste in men, but Jewel is not the type to hit a small, defenseless girl no matter what anyone says... unless it's in the arena, that is! Mariel could very well be in for a rough time, as Jewel's strength is going to be more than she can handle. As durable as her namesake, with healing to boot, Mariel is going to have a tough time putting a scratch on Jewel's armored exterior. Heck, Mariel's gloved hands may just end up buffing the wax on Jewel's armor, allowing Jewel to shine all the more this season as she hop-steps over the little girl to victory.
