Godo (vs. Homard)
« on: May 18, 2008, 09:14:53 AM »
Homard reminds Godo of his daughter - a dashing outlaw, but a surprisingly honorable one, one driven by a very strong and noble desire. So, this'll be a heated, epic battle, just like the one Godo had with Yuffie, right? Not really. Homard lacks a little something called status protection. Homard's ultimate manifestation of rage, Burning Soul, won't do very much harm when he is 6 inches tall. In fact, a single Cure2 counter can probably negate it. With the ability to reduce Homard's ultimate attack to a gentle tap, and render his other moves totally useless, Godo can take all the time he wants picking his opponent apart.

Homard lacks a little something called status protection, something Godo is always willing to capitalize on.
