Gentle, kind scholar meets rugged, menacing war fugitive. That's the kind of encounter that the DL thrives on, and Hahn can't say he isn't used to the ironies of chance. However, the irony that truly makes him chuckle in his match against the foreboding Brad Evans is that, in spite of their vastly different upbringings and Brad's natural inclination to battle, the scholar from Mile is a notably superior dueller. Brad sports ARMs and good physical durability to use in a fight. However, Hahn has mastery over a wide array of magics, being able to disable, damage and outright destroy his enemies, alongside being able to heal his wounds and wield a dagger skillfully. The difference in variety is staggering, but it all boils down to a single attack: Eliminate. Brad is even slower than Hahn (impressive, since Hahn is far from nimble), and he has no protection against Eliminate's instant death. This will be over in a flash, and nothing else matters. Truly a pity for Evans.
