Does the penal code apply to phantoms? Has Ash actually committed any crimes to punish? This dueling business is a little much for a straight laced, by the books cop, sometimes. Can't do much but press on, though. Ash is far from Katsuya's favorite sort of fighter, one that hits fast and hard. Still, Katsuya's a lot tougher against attacks than his stylish designer threads might imply, and Triple Down hits pretty hard itself. Ash only has five turns to work with, in addition, so Katsuya doesn't have to weather the phantom's assault for all too long to claim victory here. Can he do it? Well, rumors always favor the underdog, and Katsuya's trump card this match, Flare Shot, should help buy the time he needs.
