Velna (vs. Kurando)

For thousands of years, Velna has survived, always waiting to wreak her vengeance on her foul human enemies. And who is stumble upon her sights, but the mortal Kurando! Sure, he may call upon the power of the Gods, but Velna can only trust true mystics. Fighting with her origin Vestra, Velna and Vestra make quite a team. Velna laughs at magic, and Vestra at physicals, making it necessary for Kurando to engage one at a time while the other freely pummels him. Unless of course, Velna’s Twisted Hell, which does 100% of a PC’s HP, finishes the Harmonixer off before he can really sink his claws into either of his foes.

According to my memory, as well as SI's FAQ, the "death through mHP damage" move was Death Flash, and Twisted Hell was the near-OHKO magic attack.
