The frog prince Ekaru Hoppe Jean may be what you'd think as a simple fairy tale mishap, but he’ll make sure that, fantastic origins aside, his powers will provide plenty of nightmare fuel to the soldier Cius. You might not think a frog could be a strong warrior, but Jean is a surprisingly competent status-slinger, despite his rather foppish upbringing and carefree attitude. A well-placed chanting of Death will spell a quick defeat for Cius, and given how unimpressive Cius’ sword slashes are, Jean will have plenty of turns to cast doom upon his opponent - not that he needs more than one. Cius may have been a lucky dueller to face Euram in round 1, but now that he’s facing a real threat, the poor human soon see how difficult fighting in the arena really is.
