General of the Toran Republic, Valeria is well acquainted with commanding personalities like Margulis. They often talk a big game, but skilled and unskilled alike the best strategy is to never be intimidated, a strength Valeria has in spades. While Valeria cannot take advantage of Margulis' miriad weaknesses, her Falcon Rune is offense enough for this battle, capable of felling the High Inquisitor in short order. Meanwhile, Margulis' own offense is strongly blunted by Valeria's impressive defense, her armor and shield fully capable of absorbing his assault or weathing a storm of cloning tactics.
