TimeLord vs Profound Darkness: Timelord does not beat Durable bosses.
TimeLord vs Ness: He does cream the likes of Ness though.

Heat vs Profound Darkness: Better.
Heat vs Ness: Kneejerk.

Profound Darkness vs Ness: Ness actually has the resources and durability to possibly outlast Profound Darkness' assaults.  Good fight, I'm giving Ness the benefit of the doubt here.  Could be argued however!

TimeLord vs Ness - Hilariously, TL doesn't even need Overdrive.

Profound Darkness vs Ness - Ness doesn't have the resources to outlast PD: she's constantly 2HKOing him. When she reaches her final form, Dispel mocks the shield strategy if he has both physical and magical shields, which I don't think he does.

TimeLord vs Heat - Heat.  Yeah...no.  Elements in SaGa are really weird - legal access to lightning...would be through absorbs (if it is!  it might not be!).  I allow the stats, but not the skills of the absorbs, so he has nothing here.  Tentacles maul him, since Overdrive isn't getting him past here. 
TimeLord vs Profound Darkness - Profound Darkness.  HAHAHAHAHA.
TimeLord vs Ness - TimeLord.  Ok, I guess he wins this one legit.

Heat vs Profound Darkness - ...huh.  Guess this is Heat's mat...wait, MT damage.  Bleh.
Heat vs Ness - Heat.  Not a challenge.

Heat vs Profound Darkness: MT isn't enough to beat the tentacles, speed's required too, and PD is one of the worst godlikes in that regard. (Thinking on it, number of actions is the #1 factor for countering that trick, MT's just nice. PD is so screwed unless you ban the tentacles.)
Heat vs Ness: Wins even without tentacles thanks to silence. Freeze would probably crush Ness too.

PD: 2-1
Ness: 0-3

Ness has 1.67x PC HP. Megid deals 87% PC HP, and bypasses Shield Beta (magical damage). That's a 2HKO.

Her last form is the most durable, and it alone can't have less than 2x PC HP even under the most stringent interpretations. Rockin' Omega is average damage and it's his best outside of crits (and crits are just a middling 2HKO). So, um, good luck?

Also, PD's Mental Defense is 0 to an enemy average of 14. Since the base for MDef is the Mental stat at least for PCs... dunno how enemy defense stat formulas go, though. Megid against a PS4 PC with 0 MTL would deal about 80 more damage than against average PC MDef, if I'm not remembering PS4's damage formula too incorrectly, raising it to 317 damage? Could be wrong here, NEB may be able to answer that better.

Heat vs Profound Darkness- Slower, no double-act or the like.  Yeah.  (Remember, Heat's just immune to damage while the tentacles are up, MT is useful for taking them down quickly but you still have to hit him somehow.)
