Mr. Ed (Mr. Ed) vs. Medea (DQ8)
One is a horse, of course, and the other merely looks like one. One can vocalize his thoughts, the other can pull a Krueger and dream-speak. Which of these mighty equestrians will reign supreme?
Snowball (Pinky and the Brain) vs. Rikki-Tikki-Tavi (Rikki-Tikki-Tavi)
The most intelligent hamster in the world and Brain's greatest foe, Snowball must face off against the strongest of all warrior mammals, the mongoose. Trained at killing snakes, Rikki isn't about to back down - but will the figurative snake that is Snowball prove to be more than a match for the legendary guardian?
Supernatural Division
Oz (Buffy) vs. Zylo (Shining Force)
A battle of short names, there's more to this than meets the eye. The band-member-turned-werewolf Oz has ages of experience fighting and killing werewolves, but against a veteran warrior such as Zylo, there might be some kinks he needs to work out. And while Zylo might have the upper hand in a straight out fight, the fact remains that Zylo don't dig none o' that rock shit - 16-bit is the music of SOCIETY, man!
Typing of the Dead Typist (The Typing of the Dead) vs. Dracula (Multiple)
Slayer of zombies and all things undead via the power of words, it is only fitting that The Typist face off against the most written of all undead, Dracula himself. Star of television, movies, video games, books, and much more, it might be more challenge than the mighty 100wpm warrior can take.
Mechanical Division
Megatron (Transformers, many) vs. Gateau (Robotrek)
More than just a really big cannon, the mighty Megatron is also a cunning and ferocious warrior, besting Optimus Prime as many times as he himself has been bested. But he's never been able to control the flow of time, something the great and unassuming Gateau has actually been able to achieve. Is this the end for the big gun, or will Gateau's history of failure doom him once more?
Mecha-Streisand (South Park) vs. Robo (Chrono Trigger)
While Robo's dealt with pathetic, crazed, hormonal women before, none have been as terrifying as the vile Mecha-Streisand. Able to project her earth-shattering voice from miles away, the beast is a deadly fight for all who challenge her. But maybe there's a glimmer of hope - for while Robo may seem outmatched, Streisand's vanity and cock-sure attitude may prove to be her undoing as the hardened robot finds a way to reduce her powers.
Epic Division
Darth Vader (Star Wars) vs. Kratos Aurion (ToS)
Both fathers. Both proud swordsmen. Both ironically also have lightsabres. Magic vs. The Force: who will triumph?
Shion Uzuki (XS) vs. Gary Coleman (Real Life - "Whacha' talkin' 'bout, Willis?")
...someone has to win here, but who? The utter failure of a religious icon, or the punch-line for every joke in existence. Shion might have some futuristic magic stuff, but Gary's a key player in a badass musical. Either way, we lose this match.
