Vahn vs Feraligatr - GSC is faster and has better damage.  Resisting Fire helps.  Vahn might have a shot if I didn't see him as being barely 2HKO'd by Hydro Pump.
Vahn vs Diego - Sure, why not?

Feraligatr vs Diego - Unless I'm misremembering, VH fliers were kinda bad at taking magic.  Not as bad as heavy armors, but still...

Eileen vs Feraligatr: Fera relies too much on pure damage as well!
Eileen vs Diego: No status makes Eileen a happy camper.

Vahn vs Feraligatr: Was going to vote Vahn...until I remember Fera resists all his worthwhile damage so...
