Everything is taken at Lv.55
I include both style lines on all character. All the state bonus from the lines are added in. The states listed below are the total of the base states, equip, and the style line bonus.

Bl is the break limit, when the guage is filled, the character enters break status.

Double- stands for the extra hit throught Double ability, apply to any form of melee techs or physicals. 30% rate
Revenge- Counter triggers when the attack hits you. Triggers 25%
Counter- Triggers with 10% rate, makes character automatically evade and attack and counter

Critucal does x2 damage
All states effect last 5 turns, and all asttaes effects, as far as I can tell are all 100% success unless immuned

My deathblow levels varies, so the damage of the death blow smight look inconsistent.

And someone mind fill me in with English tech names?

Hp Vamp- ~420, the drain is negligible, usable when hp hits 50%
Buf Refle- Dispell
Evil Claw Hell- 1300, Lightning element usable when hp hits 80% another at 30%, takes a turn to charge, but can still act in the charging turn. Perfect Break. (+999 Break damage)
Stand Keeper- Immune ot Break damage, use right before Evil Claw Hell at 80%
Abyss Walker- Immune to physical. Use right before Evil Claw Hell at 30% hp.

First, do you hold him to the giggling? If yes, he has serious issue. If no? He is a boss with a borderline 2HKO ultimate that perfect breaks you. And even if you live, the poison inflict on you might just do the finsih touch. And having Abyss Walker later in the fight inflates his durability by a dceent amount. Don't remember his hp exactly, but isn't too low. Probably low godlike if you ignore the giggling thing.

Pelligri, a Voyager with worse Ultimate threshold and terrible status resistence. She has a strong ultimate yes, but then, it don't come early enough. And unlike other bosses, actually spending a turn to tell you she is going to boost also hurt. Wild call, she kills sluggers and those without status.

A boss that can be hit by fatal status.... what can I say? Fine, damage sin't shitty when her ultimate comes, and gains resistence through the battle. Heart Breaker is also a powerful Break lock device. But the deadly thing is the Over Digger. Having her acting 4 times in a raw after that thing wears off is a gurantee death. But still, getting that status exposed is just terrible. Heavy she goes.

Pyro has a new god. Kevin is pure insane embodied. If you are not immune to fire you simply dies. Damage that is 2x of Zoggy's hp? Yeek! And the first threshold is fairly early. Other attacks is a bit lacking in damage until later into the fight. But then, Over Digger would went off before he even hits 50% hp. Kevin's boost guage is 6 bars long. He hexacting would kill anyone short. And once he breaks 50% hp, hell break lose. His damage after Heaven Tracker is bloody insane. Especially terible if he still have some stock of boost left at this point. And after Abyss Walker went off, Beam element and none elemental damage would be the only opening he has. High Godlike, and Rubicant should really retire.

By the look of this, I over estimte both Pellegri and Voyager's damage poential, both ultimate fails at OHKO and normal damages 4-5HKO, though don't seems to effect their rankings. Consider their strategy are both tank until break. Though, it seems Pellegri is a bit frail against ether. Even Jr. does more with his ethers than physicals. An voyager seems atnkier depsit eless hp. Outside Jin and KOS-MOS, rest of the team has hard time breaking mid 300s. While Pellegri eats high 400s easily from everyone.

And some how Dimitri looks better, outside his Ultimate is crap, his damage is 6HKO, only slightly worse than the other two, and he is far tankier to boot!

Kevin and T-elos now are the odd cases. As some ultimate is hard to get, and without those ultimate, their durability isn't too far below Dimitri. But if you do, they are Pellegri like.

OK's boss notes:

Yay! So, replay of the game, figured I'd get the few bosses and some extra notes that aren't in here. More HP figures, etc.

So, here's the bosses, starting with the first T-elos fight. For my character skill lines, I'm going something like this:

Shion gets no skills since she sucks Ok, fine, Supporter >_>
KOS-MOS is going down the Attacker line first
MOMO is going down the Spell Attacker line first

Niu's notes are pretty much spot-on here (HP is 10000, just to answer Niu's earlier query). Just a couple excess notes in terms of party averages and the like.

Voyager does not need to giggle before every attack (it's also more of a haughty chuckle than a giggle, but hey >_>). This applies to high HP and low HP. I think it's just kind of random. He always starts the battle off with it, then proceeds to attack consistently. On average, every 5th turn he seems to laugh, but this isn't consistent at all (I've seen him do every other turn, then sometimes later, etc.). As such, I'd say it's entirely random, and just throw it out.

I've never seen him use Devil's Reception (Evil Claw Hell) until after using Abyss Walker, though I assume it's possible I missed it. Nor have I seen him use Stand Keeper at all.

Pellegri comes with two soldiers. They're basically just pumped up randoms from the dungeon, with 4000 HP and can deal around 300 damage or so with their best attacks.

Like with T-elos, Pellegri uses Overtaker before using her special attack. She does this at 2/3 MHP.

Pellegri's Power Up is pretty significant. She uses it 25% MHP, and it effectively doubles the damage of her techs. It doesn't affect Megido Rosario, though.

Niu's notes are once again pretty much dead on (...the damage...it...doesn't even cause a sunburn).

Dmitri seems to have a decent evade rate...well, decent for the game/bosses, I should say. Seems to be around 10% or so.

Dmitiri's status attacks are, like all statuses in XS3, hellishly accurate. Haven't seen them miss on those not immune/resistant after 20+ hits of it. I'm pretty sure all statuses (including stat downs) are base 100% rate, and I've only seen them miss on those with resistance or immunity. Chalk one up for XS3 bosses - damage sucks, but the status saves them, combined with their durability.

Niu missed this, but here's something that doesn't really help as much as you'd think it would! At 25% MHP, Dmitri can power up his waves. This raises their damage 50%. Still sucks, but hey, it lets him kill Mint.

I think Curse is available at 75%, but the other statuses are available at full HP. Pretty sure I saw Yuriev use Mystique as soon as he started attackin (he gives up his first 2 turns to taunt the party, if you want to hold that against him).

Dmitri also has Disengage (MT dispel). Yay, and such.
