Proving Grounds: Godlike Quarters 2

Results
Elvis 48.6% (18-19 (6-14, 12-5))
Riou 47.1% (24-27 (15-10, 9-17))
Galcian 44.8% (13-16 (3-12, 10-4))

Legretta 40.8% (20-29 (9-15, 11-14))
Artea 24% (12-38 (5-19, 7-19))

Elvis and Riou were once again at the top of the pack. Riou's Heavy showing proved how spoiled he got! Spoiling also kept Legretta from moving on (Although Galcian getting many fewer votes also, probably helped too).

This Week
2. Levin- Yes, I think I have 3 voters on this game now!
3. Deamoned- AD scares the Heavies.
13. Wugui- Perfect ID scares the Heavy PCs.
17. Zero- Damage, Speed, and Durability scares the Heavies...if he can get a turn first.
20. Harken- One of her forms scares the Heavies...one makes them laugh.

Wugui (SH) vs. Gilgamesh (FF5) - HP buffer lets him outslug for sure. He quite probably could do it without that anyway, the damage and durability are similar and Wugui is a lot slower.
Wugui (SH) vs. Yunalesca (FFX) - ... ugh. Yunalesca has over double Wugui's durability and is faster, countering every attack. The 10HKO failure adds up well enough here. ._.
Wugui (SH) vs. Melfice (G2) - Easy.
Wugui (SH) vs. Genevieve (VP) - Easy as well. CE 2HKOs.
Wugui (SH) vs. Freya (VP) - ... Wugui can't chip through the limit and gets 2HKOed. Failure.
Wugui (SH) vs. Yuber (S3) - Game of Death.
Wugui (SH) vs. Yuffie (FF7) - No Game of Death for you.
Wugui (SH) vs. Lazlo (S4) - Burn, Lazlo.
Wugui (SH) vs. Galam (SF) - Sexy staff beatings.

You're overselling boss Yuber's HP a fair bit there. >_> Assuming Yuber doesn't get OHKOed by Wugui, though, wonder if it's even enough? He... 2HKOs at best, methinks, and his good damage isn't really fast. If he goes for the basic physicals, he gets outslugged anyhow.

Deamoned (BoF 5)   vs   Melfice (G2): Hmm. Similar enough HP (Ned's got a bit more). Melfice gets way more turns. 70% evade reduces Ned to 40~ to avearge, while AD reduces Melfice to about 30. Uh... hmm. Guess Ned needs four rounds, which gives Melfice five... and yeah, that's not quite good enough.
Deamoned (BoF 5)   vs   Genevieve (VP): Indiscriminate is clearly one comboed attack, so knife-through-butter. Evade also helps some.

Deamoned (BoF 5)   vs   Varin (DDS): Wow, both own each other's damage. Varin isn't doing anything except with Eternal Wind, which is more than halved. Deamoned is doing a third his normal damage. Ned's a much better slugger to begin with, though.

Harken (WA)   vs   Genevieve (VP): Indiscriminate probably OHKOs. Ice and fire affinities should roughly cancel, and yeah, that's way too much magic damage for Harken.
