Team Ephraim - Tentative Pass.  The team makes it up to the Magus fight okay, I think.  Long range tomes are fairly brutal off of Athos's stats to me since I see them as having initiative. They can also make it through Magus's second form okay if they survive the first (lol Dark Matter charge time).  First form is long and annoying due to lack of non-elemental magic, but the counters aren't that damaging, so the team should manage that even with the lack of MT healing.

Team Shale vs. Krin, Karn, Jane and Crono - Haste Millenia, SBE Crono while the rest of the team pounds on him. Once that's done, the rest of the losers are unthreatening, and they can just keep Krin alive to heal.
Team Shale vs. Marcus, Seth and Lyn - Rikku whores status, things die. Only Lyn needs to go, but she'll manage.
Team Shale vs. Nash, Mia and Arnaud - Tidus hastes Rikku now. Petrify Nash, if there's an Overdrive, use it for explosions. Past that, things are fine, and Mint can silence Mia if she so desires!
Team Shale vs. Augustine, Hallec, Nei and Sharon - Tidus Hastes Millenia again and she SBEs Sharon. Rikku statuses Augustine. Then, they cycle into beating up and statusing the remaining members.
Team Shale vs. Augst, Evil Gaia, Tony and Midboss - Tidus initiative Slows Tony! Now, he's going to be suuuuuuuch a threat. <_< Alternatively, he Hastes someone on his own team to let them keep up. The pressure could be problematic, but I think they manage: these resources are just godly.

Follow Me! activates as soon as Jane gets her turn to use it. Since characters that already went on that turn can't go again if she uses it, you tell me how useful that is. >_>

I was hoping it would just override their speed and screw the whole team over, but I guess not.

Follow Me! has initiative in-game, so a Jane with low speed would activate it just as fast as a Jane with high speed in-game.  Whatever you want to do with that.  (It's not perfect initiative, though, Accelerator goes before it, but some lesser initiative moves go after it.  I believe it's just RFX := 999 or something.)

I'm giving all these great guys a pass! Because I feel both generous and justified.

All pass. I have inexhaustible healing and Sleep Powder to keep a scrub or two alive indefinitely while I use it to recharge, with a couple shots of haste/SBE to take care of the really lethal speedsters. Mia has healing, good damage and (scrubby) MT on floor 1, Eph has ATHOS SMASH.

Team Shale vs. Krin, Karn, Jane and Crono - Not even a strain on their resources. They lose a shot of SBE to take out Crono and then heal up to full before the next match (not that there's much to heal).
Team Shale vs. Marcus, Seth and Lyn - Shale wins this match, but he loses a shot another shot of SBE (for Lyn or Seth) to keep them from killing Mint.
Team Shale vs. Nash, Mia and Arnaud - Mia is slow enough for Mint to Silence her before she can be dangerous. Rikku has to status Nash or risk losing Mint. The combined might of the other three can take out Arnaud before he can kill Mint. Mint uses her new-found freetime to heal up any damage the party may have taken while Silenced Mia pokes people with a stick.
Team Shale vs. Augustine, Hallec, Nei and Sharon - Last shot of SBE used. Rikku statuses Augustine. Song of Madness Hallec kills Mint. The rest of the team takes out Hallec on the next round, but there's no Revival on this floor. Rikku spams Al Bhed potions for the next 20 turns or so (letting Nei flounder) because at this point ABPs aren't healing much -anyway- and then there's that nasty 20% of effectness rule.
Team Shale vs. Augst, Evil Gaia, Tony and Midboss - No SBE left, but it may not matter. Tidus slows Tony and the rest of the team concentrates on taking out him, then Midboss. Rand and Rikku heal anyone who gets too close to dying (from POIZN!). The team then goes through the long, arduous work of depleting Evil Gaia's HP and chipping away at Augst's HP. Conceivably, one or two of Shale's team could fall during this process, but he has enough bodies to finish this. Quite possibly Shale's closest match yet.

He -could- lose this if you don't see Millenia as having 3 shots of SBE by this floor. Also, he could run out of healing for the boss fight depending on how limited you see Rikku's supply being.

Don't know about Mint but Rikku's healing is ST. On this floor reduced to 20% ST healing, that's not good. Was going to give the dungeon this until I realised that Rand existed. For some reason I thought Shale only had four characters, Tidus, Millenia, Rikku and Mint >.> Now that Rand exists healing from *three* characters should be despite the poor % if all applied to the offensive characters. Bit of a slug fest though. Also I might be imagining things but I think Al Bhed Potions cure poison as well as restoring HP which is win for this floor~

No, Rikku's healing is -not- ST. One of the main selling points of Al Bhed Potions is exactly the fact it's MT.
