Item-using abilities are already ridiculously overpowered in the Dungeon (can't be silenced, don't deplete MP resources, great versatility), making them nearly unlimited just because the items are storebought is just too much for me. 10 uses of items per floor is pretty generous, I think.

Terra's healing isn't that great at this stage (not horrible, but not 80% like Heal). Mia -could- make it, I'm not entirely sure, but I'm leaning no.

Edited my vote post to give a detailed breakdown. Votes still stand as postulated.

Team Shale vs. P2 Guido - Limit used to double durability, Guido now struggles to 2HKO even in his own limit phase. If Tidus has a Haste left he throws it on Rand. This fight is a cinch since three different healers can cover Guido's now pitiful damage.

Just as a note, the same limit what protect/shells everybody also hastes and regen's them.

... Well, that turns that into a bit of a slaughterhouse. I kinda forgot about that.

Alternately Rikku just uses it on the fight before and stalls against Guido (not too difficult for this team) until she can use it again. Wouldn't be too hard. Yeah, definite pass, though some cute fights. Rikku really doesn't rely much on her healing here thanks to init haste on Rand.
