Peco (vs Mukumuku)
« on: January 30, 2009, 10:09:58 PM »
Some fights just are more significant than others. Dream matches. Bloody battles for the Godlike championship. Epic encounters with the fate of the whole universe at stake. Or something that goes beyond the impossible and reaches even higher levels of greatness, like an onion facing a squirrel in a duel to the death. In spite of what your prejudices towards the fighting skills of vegetables may be, Peco possesses much greater versatility in his abilities than his opponent, backing up his mighty punches with counterattacks, healing, regeneration, status effects and elemental breath attacks. Even a fraction of these will be enough to teach Mukumuku that onions are quite simply superior. The Light division had better watch out, 'cause this onion's out to make them cry.
<Niu> If I ever see that Langfadood, i'll strangle him on sight
<Gourry> What, for making the game three times better?
<Gourry> And playable, at that?
<Niu> that lose the whole point of of L2!!!

There are just some types of fights that are more important than your everyday duel: destined confrontations, bloody battles for the Godlike championship, epic encounters with the fate of the whole universe at stake or something that simply goes beyond the impossible and kicks reason to the curb, like an onion facing off against a squirrel in a duel to the death. Peco possesses a much more versatile array of abilities than his opponent. Fierce punches, counters, healing, regeneration, status and deadly elemental breath… a mere fraction of these would be enough to utterly crush his mammalian opponent and teach the world about the superiority of the onion race. The Light division had better watch out, 'cause once Peco gets cut, it’s his opponent who is gonna cry.
