Naoto Shirogane (P4) vs Reno (FF7)- Don't think she can outrace Neo Turk Light.
Naoto vs Fogel (OB)- Heavily resists her ID, OHKOs as soon as he hits.
Naoto vs Kasumi (Lufias)- Kasumi's faster and should 2HKO. Naoto needs way too much luck with her ID hitting to make it a fight.
Naoto vs Neclord (Suikos)- ID immune, has some HP.
Naoto vs Selan (Lufia 2)- Can outlast Naoto's evasion and immunes ID.
Naoto vs Knight (FF1)- Immunes ID and is a massive tank.
Naoto vs Frog (CT)- ID.
Naoto vs Domingo (SF1)- Should win a status war.
Naoto vs Lucca Ashtear (CT)- Naoto resists fire.
Naoto vs Sheena Lepant (Suikos)
Naoto vs Killey (Suikos)- Resists fire.

Flay Gunnar (MK) vs Reno (FF7)- Should outslug Reno easily enough.
Flay vs Fogel (OB)- Fighter versus Fogel. Check please.
Flay vs Kasumi (Lufias)- Kasumi's not that evasive. Flay's good defense should keep him in it in spite of the speed gap.
Flay vs Neclord (Suikos)- Boss mage. Up for arguments here, but I don't think Flay can scrape up the damage in time.
Flay vs Selan (Lufia 2)- Raiden charge+big screw lets him get around limits.
Flay vs Knight (FF1)- Flay is out of his league against this kind of tanking.
Flay vs Frog (CT)- MK cast (sans Muppy) kicks Frog's ass.
Flay vs Domingo (SF1)- Desoul spoils Flay perfectly, and Domingo may well outslug anyway.
Flay vs Lucca Ashtear (CT)- I... don't think sleep is enough? Flay gets first crack at things at worst.
Flay vs Sheena Lepant (Suikos)- Magic works here.
Flay vs Killey (Suikos)- Should be able to blitz.

Max (SF1) vs Reno (FF7)- *splat*
Max vs Fogel (OB)- Max, before he tries to fights Fogel:

Naoto Shirogane (P4) vs Reno (FF7) - Even if Pyramid is evadable, she doesn't kill in three turns (...).
Naoto vs Fogel (OB) - Resists ID, Holy, Dark AND is crazy accurate. Yeah, that's working.
Naoto vs Kasumi (Suikos) - EDIT: Oops, Auto-Endure. This means Kasumi would have to 3-2 and... no, don't think she's quite -that- fast.
Naoto vs Neclord (Suikos) - You should have rerolled. =|
Naoto vs Selan (Lufia 2) - ID-IMMUNE HEALER. Naoto's shoddy weapon status doesn't save her here.
Naoto vs Knight (FF1) - Once the evade runs out, Knight is very much set. Naoto is five-turning at best while Knight 2HKOs with rather startling ease. Worst part is that his suckass healing may outheal Megidolaons before MC. =|
Naoto vs Frog (CT) - ID.
Naoto vs Domingo (SF1) - ID and evade.
Naoto vs Lucca Ashtear (CT) - ... this is Naoto vs. Wugui all over again, only Lucca is frailer and borderline 4HKOs instead of 2HKOing with multi-hit shit. Yeah, the Auto-Endure probably tips this, along with the chance of a crit.
Naoto vs Sheena Lepant (Suikos) - Yeah.
Naoto vs Killey (Suikos) - Killey borderline 2HKOs through resistance, but the evade still gives Naoto enough turns.

Flay Gunnar (MK) vs Reno (FF7) - Pyramid.
Flay vs Fogel (OB) - While Flay is pretty good against physicals, trying to run against Fogel of the 8x PC HP against physical damage still doesn't work. Defense Down probably isn't enough.
Flay vs Kasumi (Suikos) - Buster Star quite possibly one-turns, and I don't think she 4-2s here due to Last Stand+Flay's speed sucking less past turn one.
Flay vs Neclord (Suikos) - Neclord's best damage is his physical. 3HKO magic against Flay when you're slow and not immensely durable doesn't work.
Flay vs Selan (Lufia 2) - Immunes Sleep, Buster Star takes care of the rest.
Flay vs Knight (FF1) - Outdamages so vastly that it doesn't matter. Ruse could switch things around, but I don't give him that.
Flay vs Frog (CT) - Frog fails against MK.
Flay vs Domingo (SF1) - Domingo's magic is enough here. Pretty sure he can chip-2HKO, and he's faster and durable enough.
Flay vs Lucca Ashtear (CT) - Buster Star crush.
Flay vs Sheena Lepant (Suikos) - Chip-2HKO off better speed.
Flay vs Killey (Suikos) - I... don't think Flay OHKOs. Buster Star one-turns if it connects fully, but I don't think it quite does.

Max vs Fogel (OB) - HA HA HA HA HA
Max vs Kasumi (Suikos) - Not a bad match, is my kneejerk? But Kasumi doesn't 3HKO him and he does 2HKO her. Evade could tip it, but nah.
Max vs Neclord (Suikos) - Should 3HKO first.
Max vs Selan (Lufia 2) - Max can't OHKO and has no real damage control.
Max vs Knight (FF1) - I... think? Close match.
Max vs Frog (CT) - Frog sorta sucks.
Max vs Domingo (SF1) - I think Domingo avoids the 2HKO, if barely. Max... not really.
Max vs Lucca Ashtear (CT) - That opening physical is just irrecoverable.
Max vs Sheena Lepant (Suikos) - 2HKOs first.
Max vs Killey (Suikos) - Giving him the benefit of doubt on that OHKO. He needs it.

Naoto vs Killey (Suikos) - Resists fire. S5 Killey could try outpacing with physicals, but the IDs going to hit before then
Naoto vs Jill Fizzart (FE9) - Assuming Jill doesn't double? If she does...this is probably closer but hm...thinking Naoto's ID is definitely turn 2 here, so Jill's options are limited and that evade boosting armor available to the girls can put a wrench into things.

Flay Gunnar (MK) vs Reno (FF7) - Pyramid. Wins if it didn't exist though!
Flay vs Killey (Suikos) - Flay on the other hand, doesn't resist Fire IIRC. So Killey goes to town here
Flay vs Jill Fizzart (FE9) - My kneejerk is that Buster Star doesn't force counters. Jill also runs into the problem with Blocker kicking in at the worst time possible since she does not want to trigger Last Stand. Granted, that's only 25%. But each time it occurs is a set back.
