Margulis (XS2) vs Ness (EB) - Ness has enough offense to break past Acala Seal stupid, has MT to make the clones weep like little girls and Shield makes even a 3x boost fail to OHKO. Go away, Margulis.
Suzuka (SRW:EF) vs Odin (VP2) - 2HKOs to me, doesn't care if she hits the limit because Steady puts her away from the OHKO range. Odin fails particularly hard when his opponent doesn't give a fuck about his limit. Also, Suzuka isn't human! She's an oni.

Middle:

Yang (FF4) vs Grobyc (CC) - whore
Maxine (S4) vs Jude Maverick (WA4) - Gets that viciously fast 2HKO going, halves Wind and immunes ID. Maxine goes :smith:.

Souji Seta (P4) vs Sulphur (PB)- Firm Stance+physical immunity should do it offhand? that's enough to prevent Sulphur's magic from OHKOing Souji, so he should get enough damage in. Sulphur doubles may tip the fight, but leaning this way for now.

Heavy:

Cristo/Kiryl (DQ4) vs Rofel Wodring (FFT)- Rofel can be silenced  and blinded. (........) Kiryl opens the fight by silencing Rofel, who responds by breaking Kiryl's armor. Kiryl's opting to not bring a weapon into this fight, as it will only get broken. He uses Upper/Buff which should.. *Caclulate* give him roughly 200+ defense. That will put him in the range of surviving a Rofel physical no matter what he does next turn. Kiryl keeps healing until Rofel runs out of gear to break, and then buffs his defense to max, blinds Rofel, and slowly physicals him to death with his 1/6 chance of critting or so. 
Naoto Shirogane (P4) vs Pamela Ibis (MK)- Pamela's ID bait. I am completely unshocked by ~'s avatar beating Tal's in spite of being a much weaker fighter.

Middle:

Yang (FF4) vs Grobyc (CC)- Good god hand of the gods hits a weakness.
Maxine (S4) vs Jude Maverick (WA4)- Assault buster on an S4 mage. Think Jude halved wind as well.

Cristo/Kiryl (DQ4) vs Rofel Wodring (FFT) -  Okay, this is a pain.  Kiryl's got enough resources to drag this match out for FAR TOO LONG under Buff.  However, he's relying on CRITS OFF OF KIRYL'S BASE ATTACK STAT WHOOO.  Which I see as getting around DefUp but not Protect.  And the sad part is that Kiryl might just pull it off.   Incidentally, does Dazzle wear off?  EDIT: Okay, then, so Kiryl actually manages to outslug someone before the heat death of the universe.

Not as far as I know. It doesn't really matter, since Rofel is tinking with his physical regardless once Kiryl gets buffed. Kiryl'd kill for a weapon that couldn't be broken, but the Magma staff is definitely not DL legal. I don't think any of his legal weapons fit into that catagory.

Roxis Rosencranz (MK) vs Hina (Suiko DS) - ...oh god.  Roxis blocks paralyze, but is hitting Hina's good MDef and she has lots of fullhealing.  However, Roxis's crits are ITD (and while I wouldn't see them as raising damage on average defense since everyone has the same crit rate, it does help out here) and he can get a lot of timed cards running.  Need to see if he can kill before running out of SP.

Souji Seta (P4) vs Sulphur (PB) - No P4 so no vote, but wow, this looks like the rare victory of ranked vs. Sulphur.  Sulphur has one and only one weakness - his MP reserves aren't great, so a fast auto-life spammer can spell trouble.  I doubt Souji is fast enough, but Terminate->splat->revive->Terminate->splat->revive with 1 HP and Sulphur is out of Terminate juice I believe.  That leaves Omega Ice... but which Souji probably just immunes.  Sulphur's physical is awful, so assuming Souji can sneak in a heal after his last revive, he should be fine.

Cristo/Kiryl (DQ4) vs Rofel Wodring (FFT) - Yeah, Upper/Buff is a multiplier based on your current defense.  So either Cristo opens with that (and maybe keeps the big buff despite his armor getting broken later?) and gets Silenced, or he opens with Silence himself and he doesn't get the crazy defense boost to make him immune to being 2HKOed by Rofel's assault.  First strategy sounds the best, and it's still kinda shaky, so.

Erk (FE7) vs Gares (OB) - Magic Triangle hype for Gares?  Stat topic claims that Magic Defense is his bad stat, so.
