Ryu (BoF3) vs Karitkeya (WA5)- Ryu
Ramirez (SoA) vs Kefka (FF6)- Kefka. Godlike is really straightforward.

Heavy:

Fei Fong Wong (XG) vs Nephenee (FE9)- Fei
Jean (Lunar:EBC) vs Renee Kearse (MK)- Renee
Geno (SMRPG) vs Naoto Shirogane (P4)- Naoto. ID blocking fun.
Delita Hyral (FFT) vs Hiro (Lunar:EBC)- Hiro. Guess Heavy was pretty clear too.

Middle:

Baal (G1) vs Vormav Tingel (FFT)- Vormav
Gryz (PS4) vs Kanji Tatsumi (P4)- Kanji. Base speeds are about identical turn 1, but Kanji can increase his at least!
Adell (Dis2) vs Mizuki (S4)- Mizuki. Mizuki probably has at least 30% evasion by my scaling, which means that Adell probably has like 25% accuracy (He doesn't deal with evasion well).
Jibril (SO2) vs Yukiko Amagi (Pers4)- Auto-Sukukaja let's say.

Light:

Landis (S3) vs Selphie Timlitt (FF8)- Whatever. Not mathing this out to see exactly what turns Selphie is losing or not.
Beecham (S3) vs Sanae Yamatomo (S3)
Vinsfeld Rhadamanthus (WA2) vs Edward (FF4)- EPIC durability gap.
Serph (DDS) vs Shiba (S3)

Heavy:

Jean (Lunar:EBC) vs Renee Kearse (MK) - Doesn't care about Jean's status. Smashes.
Delita Hyral (FFT) vs Hiro (Lunar:EBC) - Probably. Fierce damage output.

Middle:

Baal (G1) vs Vormav Tingel (FFT) - ohgodwhat
Adell (Dis2) vs Mizuki (S4) - Counters Mizuki? I think?

Light:

Landis (S3) vs Selphie Timlitt (FF8)
Beecham (S3) vs Sanae Yamatomo (S3)
Vinsfeld Rhadamanthus (WA2) vs Edward (FF4) - Totally Hides and attacks only on doubles. LOOK IN YOUR HEARTS YOU KNOW IT TO BE TRUTH!

Naoto's match is the only one which bears thinking about.

When you say ID blockage, do you mean just the light/dark immunities stacking to be that in-game?

Heavy:

Jean (Lunar:EBC) vs Renee Kearse (MK) - This one actually is pretty close to me, but, when I'm still undecided on how I take Renee's Azureflame winning a fight and I don't even have accurate stat figures for the Jean I've seen in a pretty heated fight, I'd rather kneejerk for the one I have actual figures for.
Geno (SMRPG) vs Naoto Shirogane (P4) - Don't see Light/Dark immunity affecting ID unless said ID takes one of these elements (viewing elemental immunity as status immunity is taking the forest for the trees to me), it actually doesn't matter to me. Endure+seeing Naoto's ID as turn one tips this.
Delita Hyral (FFT) vs Hiro (Lunar:EBC) - Less close than Jean vs. Renee even taking EBO into account. Delita wishes Hiro's damage wasn't ITE.

Middle:

Baal (G1) vs Vormav Tingel (FFT) - Baal.
Gryz (PS4) vs Kanji Tatsumi (P4) - Another match tipped by Endure. Kanji's insane End/Str should let him avoid a Crash, and since he's average speed after turn one, he laps and gets two Primal Forces before Crash connects. Then, Ziodyne finishes Gryz off.
Jibril (SO2) vs Yukiko Amagi (Pers4) - Miori Shirt makes this really trivial (about 0% odds of eating there, he was inaccurate). Not that I wouldn't buy a Jibril getting 2HKOed before that happened even without Miori anyway.

Light:

Landis (S3) vs Selphie Tilmitt (FF8) - Stun handles limit hype, methinks. Selphie hype is stupid anyway.
Beecham (S3) vs Sanae Yamamoto (S3) - Sanae sorta sucks at that damage thing.
Vinsfeld Rhadamanthus (WA2) vs Edward (FF4) - 2HKOs or something (...).
Serph (DDS) vs Shiba (S3) - Serph is a pretty good Light slugger when he's not getting spoiled.

Geno (SMRPG) vs Naoto Shirogane (P4)- Faster, more accurate ID.
Delita Hyral (FFT) vs Hiro (Lunar:EBC)

Middle:

Baal (G1) vs Vormav Tingel (FFT)- It's Baal.
Gryz (PS4) vs Kanji Tatsumi (P4)- I argued/chewed over this at IM. The fight biols down to Gryz needing to go first and hitting with crash. Not sure about either so Kanji wins.
Adell (Dis2) vs Mizuki (S4)- Don't know. Probably Mizuki.
Jibril (SO2) vs Yukiko Amagi (Pers4)- Evasion screws with eating, Jibril doesn't outslug against someone with a pulse.

Light:

Landis (S3) vs Selphie Timlitt (FF8)
Beecham (S3) vs Sanae Yamatomo (S3)
Vinsfeld Rhadamanthus (WA2) vs Edward (FF4)
Serph (DDS) vs Shiba (S3)

Ryu (BoF3) vs Karitkeya (WA5): Kartikeya goes first! A good way to beat Ryu! And he's horribly outclassed and even spoiled otherwise.

Heavy:

Fei Fong Wong (XG) vs Nephenee (FE9): Faster, isn't doubled, 2HKOs while avoiding Wrath by going something weak -> Yamikei.
Jean (Lunar:EBC) vs Renee Kearse (MK): The Mana distracts the targets of Slam Dance, making this even harder for Jean, who doesn't like Heavy bosses to start with.
Delita Hyral (FFT) vs Hiro (Lunar:EBC): Faster, ITE 2HKO.

Middle:

Baal (G1) vs Vormav Tingel (FFT): Both suck, but I think Baal sucks more.
Adell (Dis2) vs Mizuki (S4): Really sounds like Mizuki's match to me, at least. Speed/evade/etc.

Given Adell's damage output, counters can let him steal a handful of 2HKOs he might otherwise miss, but that's not really at issue with Mizuki (even ignoring that Shrike probably shouldn't trigger a Disgaea counter).  The actual issue of course is that his techs can miss now too >.>

Adell never quite had issues hitting stuff on my playthroughs, but I'm willing to buy evade hype. If he can't even counter it, I'm sorely disappointed in him. :( I seem to recall counters to my WHIRLWIND BLADE attack, though.

Middle:

Gryz (PS4) vs Kanji Tatsumi (P4) - Pretty obviously outslugs.  Helps that I don't have too much Crash respect.

Light:

Beecham (S3) vs Sanae Yamatomo (S3) - Healer with passable damage vs. non-healer in Light.
Serph (DDS) vs Shiba (S3) - lololololololshiba
