Ramza vs. Cecil Cecil can probably wall any tricks Ramza has, but I'm definitely open to debates here.
Ramza vs. Gogo - Uhh... This doesn't include magic, does it?
Ramza vs. Blue - Can Ramza block both ID and Stone at once?
Ramza vs. Mitsuru - Ramza can probably block most of her damage but she still has a good physical... hmm.
Ramza vs. Heracross - NO IDEA.

Gogo vs. Mitsuru - Don't think she can avoid Air Anchor, unless she goes first, almost kills and then kills on the second turn? Does that work?

Blue vs. Mitsuru - Think she can evade Blue's first Time Eclipse and then silence him, but open to arguments on this one.
Blue vs. Heracross - Heracross doesn't OHKO and then gets Time Eclipsed, I think.
Mitsuru vs. Heracross - She should be able to survive the first hit and then do something?

Ramza vs. Gogo - Blocks ID and confusion with Judo Outfit and N-Kai Armlet, sets Catch to spoil Throw (yes I am perfectly 100% serious) and foiling Gogo's main line of damage. That kills Tools and Throw, and Lore is thrown into a bind against Aegis (and MDU, potentially). More people can get into detail, but Ramza just seems to have greater options here, especially since Gogo can't block everything Ramza can use against *him*.
Ramza vs. Blue - Goes first and statuses Blue out with virtually anything (Yin-Yang would work fine).
Ramza vs. Heracross - Heracross hates dealing with the Crystal Shield, and Aerial Ace isn't exactly stellar for damage. Also pretty sure Ramza has an easy OHKO with Ifrit. Yeah.

Gogo vs. Blue - Blue has no response to NoiseBlaster. (If only the HarmoniumBangle was legal... but it blocks Sound rather than any strict status >_>)
Gogo vs. Heracross - Goes first and OHKOs.

Blue vs. Heracross - Can take a hit pre-boosting, OHKOs with MegaWindblast even if you see the Burn Orb as stopping petrify. Alternatively, if you don't see the OHKO, he can Reviva-loop Close Combat out of PP (and Aerial Ace isn't scary enough), and surely OHKO post the defense drops. Protect only delays the inevitable.

If Gogo's alone he has no magic, as far as I can remember. So, no.

Ramza vs. Gogo - EDIT: Nevermind, FF6's strange lack of a storebought sleep blocker seals this match.
Ramza vs. Blue - Turn 1 silence, unless Blue has really killer status resist stats that I'm forgetting.
Ramza vs. Heracross - Heracross Protects turn 1, activates Guts for OHKO level damage and preventing Ramza from attacking Hera until it gets a second turn. No storebought shield can ward off turn 1 Close Combat... HOWEVER, Ramza can stall with defend to bump his evade up to 80% (a bit more if he goes for Weapon Guard), until either Hera stops using Protect to leave itself vulnerable to attack or Protect fails.

Gogo vs. Blue - Sour Mouth.
Gogo vs. Heracross - 64% pdur for Gogo... yeah, Hera doesn't need Guts for the OHKO here.

Blue vs. Heracross - EDIT: Stalls Hera out.

Reviva. It beats Close Combat's PP, and Blue isn't dying to Aerial Ace.

Ramza vs. Gogo - This comes up approximately never, but I only let Gau have his starting rages, so the same for Gogo (logic: the amount of time spent to acquire every Rage is ludicrous, and doesn't give XP to the party or anything - if you spent 3+ hours powerleveling one person, they'd be like lvl. 80 vs. everyone else's lvl. 40, so giving Gau that kind of special treatment is a no to me).  After that...  I don't think Sour Mouth or any of Gogo's other accessible statuses are that good?  And Yin-Yang is pretty good here, I agree.  Ramza can easily randomly win turn 1 and will likely do so on turn 2 if not, and I don't think Gogo has a deadly enough turn 1 to make up for that.  His best bet is to equip a Fake Mustache and go for Control, I think?

Time Eclipse is stupidly accurate. Evade shouldn't do much to it either way.

Sour Mouth is 100% base hit rate, only reducible by enemy Mblock. Which is 0 for 99% of enemies in FF6, random or boss. Ramza, of course, can get 50% magic evade from Aegis Shield.

In any case I just checked and Gogo has 83% mdur. Translating that into faith roughly nulls out the effect of his mblock on dodging FFT status, so Sleep nails him before he can move.
