How is a person like Max supposed to take a person like Seifer seriously? Max is a better soldier, leader and fighter than Seifer could ever hope to be and as a person he ranks far, far ahead as well. Fortunately, this would never lead to the type of hubris that would cost Max the match. After all, Seifer reaching the second round is a tragedy for the DL in and of itself. Max's sword is up to the task of striking him down, packing serious damage and quite often multiple attacks. It's no stretch of the imagination that Max can blow straight past Seifer's limit range. Even then, Max is far too durable to fall to such a paltry move. It's time to send Seifer back to class while the war is left to the real soldiers!
