Much like the last time though, she has her work cut out for her. This time, it's Fou-Lu, the legendary Dragon Emperor, that stands in her way. A threat to competitors great and small, Cecilia's strategy this time will have to be perfect. Fortunately she can still buff as much as she wants, given how slow he is. Hiding from his attacks would also help, but the key factor here is damage. Can she dish out enough of it? Will she have to take the gamble on Randomizer for the big damage spells? Well, let's just say that, if she can pull it off, Cecilia will cement herself among the greatest of Godlikes for taking down one of the most prolific champions in the DL!
