Light:
1. Luke fon Fabre (TotA) - Clearly a L/M. Has decent slugging power, even if you'll never see an Overlimit in a normal fight.
2. Karn (BoF1) - Well...at least he's fast. ...but only TB fast. Wishes he had Puka fusion.
3. Tia (Lufia 2) - Fast with decent magic for Light. Durability sucks, but she's not too bad.
4. Yukari Takeba (Persona 3) - Terrible durability, and weak to a common element. Probably gets one-rounded by Reis. Tons of healing, though anyone remotely competent at damage will heal-lock her.
5. Gepetto (SH2) - Well...at least he's not Lucia. Slow and physically frail, but has damage.
6. Tellah (FF4) - frail old man who kept getting worse around when he died in-game. Damage is awesome--if he ever gets a damned turn.
7. Jacques (S3) - Bland dueller. 3HKO and completely average in every way possible. Befitting of a Suikoscrub, really.
8. Banon (FF6) - INFINITE HEALING...and nothing else.
9. Rafa Galthana (FFT) - If she were twinkable, I'd rate her possibly a Middle or M/H. As-is, though, no Quick Charge and no MATK tweaking, so she's screwed.
10. Palmer (FF7) - ...lost to Shiho. That summarizes it there.
