Tohru Adachi - High Middle. Good stuff for a Middle. Wishes that the plot gave him any claim to the boss that 'form-chains' after him.
Mitsuo Kubo - Godlike. Nasty in a duel. But definitely spoilable by quite a few Godlikes.
Taro Namatame - Heavy/Godlike. Just a little too good for Heavy.

Wild Arms XF

Alexia Lynn Elesius - High Middle? Could be a borderliner. Leaning low because if she gets spoiled in Middle and doesn't upgrade, that's her own fault. Otherwise, it's time to hype a Princess Run for the Tallychus.
Charlton Blunt - Godlike.
Chelle - Godlike.
Clarissa Arwin - Heavy. Solid, Champ-powered Heavy. Think too many Godlikes spoil her game for her to be competitive there.
Felius Arwin - Middle. Could be a Low Middle. Not really Champ-powered unless he gets a really lucky string. He doesn't spoil enough for me to see it happening.
Labyrinthia Wordsworth - Light. Pure Light material. Fun, neat skillset, but Oh The Stats. Might make for a few fun academic matches.
Levin Brenton - Heavy/Godlike. Cancel Strike is like SBE to me, he reams all, but his spoilers exist in Godlike, so probably not Champ-powered.
Ragnar Blitz Lebrett - Heavy. Solid, I guess.
Rupert Dandridge - Godlike. Hype hype hype.
Tony - Puny. Hype hype hype. Probably the most competitive Puny we have? Dogfight time!
Weisheit - Godlike, I guess.

Persona 4

Tohru Adachi - Low Heavy. He's got some interesting options, pity the durability and losing initiative bits, which do bite him something fierce

Mitsuo Kubo - Godlike. The shell form is basically Chaos shield. And he has some really annoying stuff he can pull out while the shield is up (various attacks that cause status comes to mind). Once the shell goes down, baby form isn't all that strong on damage but Ghastly Wail and Evil Smile both exist as options and he's capable of pulling the shell back up.

Taro Namatame - High Heavy. This was hashed out in chat a bit with Snow. General agreement that I see eye to eye on is that he can't afford wasting turns to use Quad Converge in godlike. Especially since the limit range is incredibly finnicky. And once he's out of it, he ends up using a 3HKO instead - much less impressive. And the whole losing initiative thing.

Wild Arms XF

Alexia Lynn Elesius - High Middle. 2HKO via initiative. Status Lock is neat; speed completely sinks her from being better otherwise.

Charlton Blunt - Low Godlike. I'll also buy NEB hype here ala Pyro

Chelle - Godlike. Being physical holds her back and I can certainly see some issues regarding certain bosses depending on how you view knockback. She's still damaging as all hell though

Clarissa Arwin - High Heavy. You either have lots and lots of HP or you go first. Anything else = ahaha you explode

Felius Arwin - Low Middle. Weapon breaking might have some hilarious effects, but he's utterwise utterly average with decent defense

Labyrinthia Wordsworth - Light. When you lose battles because of freaking ICY POIZN...

Levin Brenton - High Heavy. I don't buy the Cancel Strike death lock myself all too often since speedy/somewhat evasive creates problems for him. The extremely durable also laugh it. He's strong otherwise.

Ragnar Blitz Lebrett - High Heavy. Evasive as hell and has one of the best damage moves. If he doubles...yeah

Rupert Dandridge - Godlike. Maximum Risk - Exploding shit since ACF in 2005

Tony - Puny. But is really Doglike. Why do we not have this division

Weisheit - Low Godlike. Not overall too impressed with Weiss' durability. And he has this problem where Rank of Death requires a charge up turn, effectively means he ends up average if he wants to use that move. And if he doesn't, he doesn't have much else. Still overkill is overkill and while I am not too impressed, doesn't mean he ISN'T durable. Of course, Weiss 1 is Augstlike and should also be ranked for similar reasons.

[Sierra]

Persona 4

Tohru Adachi: 3.45 middle. Perhaps I was overlevelled, but I do remember him being as bad as Snow seems to think he is. Probably a little better on HP, though?
Mitsuo Kubo: 4.8 Godlike: Just a durable and punishing boss. So into Godlike he goes.
Taro Namatame: 4.6 Low Godlike. He is still elementally reliant, albeit not easily spoiled. Definitely see him as having good damage.

Wild Arms XF

Alexia Lynn Elesius: 3.3 Middle. Effectively has a fast and accurate 2HKO. But she is kind of boned in longer matches so she isn't that good. Status Lock isn't really effective given her speed.
Charlton Blunt: 4.6 Low Godlike. I will buy NEB hype.
Chelle: 5.0 Godlike. Smash. *Fast* Smash
Clarissa Arwin: 4.4 High Heavy. While she is a good at spoiling PCs, she loses to every boss ever pretty much.
Felius Arwin: 3.0 Low Middle. He does nothing special off of stats that are not inspiring.
Labyrinthia Wordsworth: 2.5 Light. She is pretty bad.
Levin Brenton: 4.1 Heavy. I think I will buy into NEB's +6 weapons hype, which nerfs his accuracy enough for this ranking. Hmm. Feels kind of wrong I suppose. I may think on this.
Ragnar Blitz Lebrett: 3.5 High Middle. With +6 weapons his accuracy tanks to the point where he can't hit two times in a row reliably. So this works.
Rupert Dandridge: 4.5 Heavy/Godlike. I know the damage is awesome when he has been smacked, but I don't know if I buy him being every bit as good as hyped speedwise and on durability.
Tony: 2.0 Low Light. Tony is pretty damn bad.
Weisheit: 4.9 Godlike. He is pretty much what NEB says he is, I guess. Maybe her durability isn't good, but still.
