chicken's pretty doable if people are interested of course.  Beyond that probably just fresh fruits (watermelon strikes me as a great idea, in particular)

Burgers and chicken sound good. No idea if we have to provide fuel or he has it, will figure that out in a bit. And there's a store in walking distance, so getting supplies will not be a problem.

Unfortunately, while the company I work for has a contract with the Super 8, we have it listed at the same price.  I'll nose around a bit when I'm at work and see if I can pull something but I doubt it.  That's also the only hotel we work with in El Cerrito.  Which may or may not say anything about the other two mentioned. >_>

Edit:  Yeah, didn't think so, sorry.  So the only benefit to booking through Booking.com is that if anything goes wrong you can have me bitch at the hotel instead of doing it yourselves. <_<
