Edgar > Zidane
---
It was a meeting that they all knew would be great. The crowds were packed with the likes of Irvine, Zelos, Edge and Vigoro, all coming to bear witness to this event. Naturally, with duelists like these, nobody could expect them to play to the rules, and so a challenge they would appreciate was thought up. The contest? To see who could get the most ladies into the arena with them at the specified time. Of course, a few ground rules had to be set down, or who knew what they'd try? The ladies had to be willing to go with them - that means they had to be conscious, too; no carrying dead or sleeping bodies with them. They had to be absolutely positively female - sorry Flea - and they weren't allowed to pay them to follow.

There was one small flaw the organisers missed, however. When the girls and the duelists ran into each other, each determined to have their own fighter win, all hell broke loose - when they specified "they had to be conscious," they didn't consider the fact that a fight would break out outside of the arena. Unfortunately, Zidane's reputation isn't the greatest, and Edgar was being backed up by both Terra and Celes. It wasn't long before the genome's small following were sent to the DL infirmary by the army that Edgar had amassed.

Oh well. At least it saved him the humiliation of losing in the actual contest.
