Rika may be known for having one of the nastiest speed games ever to the hit the arena, but Belial is best known for sending unsuspecting PCs to their death with 4D pocket before that even get a chance to hit her! Well, best known for that after her insanity and her ability to create new realms at her slightest whim. And should Belial want to draw the match out for her own amusing, Distortion will easily shallow of Rika's single target damage, leaving Belial to accomplish the nigh-impossible feat of running Rika out of resources. But whether it's a quick or slow, it's definitely Belial's match.
