Two down, two to go for the stuttering Dogurai! The next opponent he faces? One who isn't known for having deep resources, which is great for someone with lots of healing! The chipping strategy won't work either, because Scias will counter Jowy, and ultimately chip back, and Jowy can't heal himself! So for Jowy, he can either waste resources, run out, then die to the sword, or chip, and lose to counters, dying by... the sword again. There's also status which Scias might want to invest in. A mere True Rune User is not enough to take out this mercenary!
