Millie is the master of all things rodentlike and furry. She's turned a demonic creature like Bonaparte into her own pet, clearly demonstrating skills in that mode of operation. She also is adorable and way too innocent for her own good - could she be a Pokemon trainer in disguise?! It's bad news either way for Pikachu, who has no defense against the power of her Groundhog rune. Bonaparte does not like competition for Millie's affection, and once a rumor starts about a Pikachu rune, it is likely going to result in rat dinner for an enraged Bonaparte!
