Anime OPED - week 7! At last!

After a longish hiatus, the Anime Opening and Ending competition is back and better than ever!  Seriously.  Much better.  So better that we have not one but two English-version endings for you, going head-to-head.  Who will win?  Does Big O violate any of Queen's copyrights?  Are you sick of Bleach yet?  Answer these and many more questions!

YuGiOh! English OP vs. Noir OP (Copellia no Hisugi)- James Bond opening with such high pitched vocals doesn't do it for me, but I'm willing to vote to get rid of shitty cell-cam video >.>
Xam'D OP (Shut Up and Explode) vs. Spice & Wolf S1 OP (Tabi no Tochū)
The Big O OP vs. Texhnoylyze OP (Guardian Angel)  - generic techno riffs don't do it for me.

Bleach Op 6 (Alones) vs. Gundam Ms igLoo S1 OP (Sora no Tamoto)- More happening.
Haibane-Renmei OP (Free Bird) vs. Tatami Galaxy Op (Sound of a Stray Dog in the Rain)- Tatami's got a good groove but the shaky-cam was hurting my head.  Haibane's pretty good anyway.

Ergo Proxy gets a bye I see.
YuGiOh! English OP vs. Noir OP (Copellia no Hisugi)
It looks pretty cool at least.  Noir had an eh opening despite me liking the show.  Shame that 4Kids apparently has the YouTube Copyright algo on full alert.
Xam'D OP (Shut Up and Explode) vs. Spice & Wolf S1 OP (Tabi no Tochū)
Closest match of the pool.  And of course these two are both in the top 5, and both probably lose to the next match to me.  They're both pretty good, happy with whichever.
The Big O OP vs. Texhnoylyze OP (Guardian Angel) 
These two are kind of the top 2 of the whole set for me.  Meh.  Not  normally a huge fan of techno but I thought Texhnolyze's worked in context and set the mood pretty well, and just looked plain cool.  But Big O's is great fun too.

Bleach Op 6 (Alones) vs. Gundam Ms igLoo S1 OP (Sora no Tamoto)
A for effort to Igloo, C- for execution.  The singer was a weird match for everything in flames, and whoa uncanny valley on the people.
Haibane-Renmei OP (Free Bird) vs. Tatami Galaxy Op (Sound of a Stray Dog in the Rain)
HR has a pretty decent opening, and the camera ramming through the nether regions of each character is kind of disconcerting on Tatami Galaxy.
Kimagure Orange Road OP3 (Actress in the Mirror) vs. Dai-Guard OP (Rojiurano Uchuu Shounen)
A capella weirdness > fat cat.
Bleach OP3 (Ichirin no Hana) vs. Azumanga Daioh OP (Soramimi Cake)
Azumanga Daioh is, uh, a thing.  I hope that Cat Rocket is the final boss.  Works for what it wants to be, I'll grant!   A rather evilly Bleach opening but sure.

They're both pretty good, but I'll go with the singer who can actually sing well in both English and Japanese and not make it sound awkward to switch.

YuGiOh! English OP vs. Noir OP (Copellia no Hisugi) - Surprised at this one. I don't like Noir, but I remembered liking the OP, but it's not as strong as I remembered (The song is though)

YuGiOh! English OP vs. Noir OP (Copellia no Hisugi) - I get that Noir's opening has good, creative audio and visuals, but I've seen it a gajillion times and I just don't like it at all.

The Big O OP vs. Texhnoylyze OP (Guardian Angel) - it pains me to vote against such a loving Queen ripoff, but Guardian Angel just oozes atmosphere.

Bleach OP3 (Ichirin no Hana) vs. Azumanga Daioh OP (Soramimi Cake) - close, but Azumanga Daioh is just picture-perfect for the show.  Can't say I like the visuals for the Bleach one too much.

YuGiOh! English OP vs. Noir OP (Copellia no Hisugi): Kind of classic.
Xam'D OP (Shut Up and Explode) vs. Spice & Wolf S1 OP (Tabi no Tochū): I love Spice&Wolf's opening. But come on. Shut Up and Explode is just all kinds of catchy. Kind of simple, but it revels in it.
The Big O OP vs. Texhnoylyze OP (Guardian Angel) 

Bleach Op 6 (Alones) vs. Gundam Ms igLoo S1 OP (Sora no Tamoto)
Haibane-Renmei OP (Free Bird) vs. Tatami Galaxy Op (Sound of a Stray Dog in the Rain): Not as pretty as HR, but the music is catchier and it's actually pretty dang clever if you know about the series.
Kimagure Orange Road OP3 (Actress in the Mirror) vs. Dai-Guard OP (Rojiurano Uchuu Shounen)
Bleach OP3 (Ichirin no Hana) vs. Azumanga Daioh OP (Soramimi Cake): Azumanga Daioh's OP is pretty emblematic. But Bleach 3 is actually one of the few things I remember liking about that show when my bro watched it.
