Red XIII (Final Fantasy VII) vs Fuka Kazamatsuri (Disgaea 4: A Promise Unforgotten) -- Red doesn't run into Fuka's defensive passive due to his best damage being his (...surprisingly strong for what I remember) physical.  Fuka dodges the 2HKO just barely, but unless she gets a lucky RIP crit, I get the feeling that she's going to run into Lunatic High in the best-case scenario.  Or hell, just Fire 3.  Instant limit turns are a bitch.

Jowy Atreides (Suikoden II) vs Vayne Aurelius (Mana Khemia: Alchemists of Al Revis) - Certainly should have the evade to survive Overrealm.


Middle

Tengaar (Suikoden Series) vs Brad Evans (Wild ARMs 2) - I don't see how this is remotely hard. Tengaar is faster and 2HKOs, Brad certainly doesn't OHKO.

Light

Andre (Shadow Hearts: Covenant) vs Andarc (Suikoden Tactics) - Andre's reign of terror ends here.

Takashi Hanya (Persona 2: Innocent Sin) vs Kongol (Legend of Dragoon) - I *think* he had some magic damage somewhere in there.

Heavy

Jowy Atreides (Suikoden II) vs Vayne Aurelius (Mana Khemia: Alchemists of Al Revis): Jowy just OHKOs Vayne. He's not especially magically durable.
Kluke (Blue Dragon) vs Ceodore Harvey (Final Fantasy IV: The After Years): Not 100% sure here, but... well, if Reflect blocks Kluke's entire skillset, Ceodore obviously wins. Even if he doesn't, he should just survive a max charge Shadowus, so he can afford to Haste + heal + buff with Float (Float shuts down the attack with the biggest argument to piercing reflect). Awaken gives him one shot of healing after Reflect, too.

Middle

Tengaar (Suikoden Series) vs Brad Evans (Wild ARMs 2): Straightforward.
Rina (Suikoden II) vs Jiro (Blue Dragon): Very close, but I think so. Rina is faster, but needs like 10 turns to double, so she'll run out of things stronger than her physical to heal-lock with. The physical -> Explosion is a heal-lock, I think, barely... but I don't have to calc this since Jiro can escape a borderline heal-lock by casting regen. Oh yeah, he might also get Corporeal before that doubleturn happens, anyway.

Light

Volug (Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn) vs LeBlanc (Final Fantasy X-2): If blind is as good as it is in FFX, Leblanc takes this. Otherwise... I dunno. Anyone know?

Naja (Sands of Destruction) vs Cid Raines (Final Fantasy XIII)
Insane crazy durability a la BoF1 Jade / FF12 bosses / FF13 bosses wins you a lot of fights, but SoD characters have the whole "do damage while cheaply fullhealing themselves" thing, so yeah, Naja wins even giving Cid the high end of FF13 boss HP respect.  Cleansing Cry to blow away Cid's buffs just makes this more humiliating.

Justin (Grandia) vs Umi (Cthulhu Saves the World)
I believe Justin is stuck with Bonesplitter Axe hype as he can't break Umi's healing.  Umi needs to 2HKO though, and not get OHKOed back.  I suspect Siren's Call (basically free)-> 2x damage will do the 2HKO, but risks getting OHKOed...  unsure how much equipping the axe hoses Justin's H&E Cut.  (Justin should OHKO with the Spirit Sword I suspect but Umi plays a buffing game if she sees that.)  Anyway will vote against status hype for the more consistent win, I suppose.

Hans (Growlanser 2) vs Clarissa Arwin (Wild ARMs XF)
Oh boy G2 initiative plot.  I think normally I would go with something like "Attack Wait is speed of repeated turns, range is speed of turn 1, modified for magic charging times."  Especially relevant here since Rob Turn doesn't have infinite range.  Flip side Hans, while being ranged, didn't have Charlone's giant range, and I can easily see that he'd have to close within Rob Turn range to get off his status.  Which I'm not sure is fatal, but hey Rob Turn can miss too (and Sacrifice-first is probably suicide).  I got nothin'.
