Hildagarde Valentine (Shadow Hearts: From the New World) vs Elincia (Fire Emblem Series)- The whole Elincia Doubles thing is assuming you take equal experience, which I'm not hugely a fan of... although taking Elincia at L20 I can get behind considering FE10 staves, the lowered averages not so much. She still has pretty decent odds (~50%) to Stun her way to victory, but given Hilda's 100% odds of IDing her if she gets a turn I tend to lean that way.
Middle
Nino (Fire Emblem: The Blazing Sword) vs Yukiko Amagi (Persona 4)- Even without taking 15/1 Nino or whatever it comes out to, I question her ability to get a sufficient crit rate to matter here, since she sure as hell isn't winning any other way against a healer of Yukiko's caliber.
Lucca Ashtear (Chrono Trigger) vs Syphide (Valkyrie Profile: Silmeria)- Healer vs CT. This ends predictably.
