Arnaud vs. Kresnik Ahtreide - No allowing both ID and Sleep blockers = Kresnik eventually hates the universe.
Arnaud vs. Glenn - CC PC vs. Arnaud. lulz.
Arnaud vs. Limstella - Halving Water sorta helps Arnaud massively. Fragile => outslugging works, Slow Down is useless because they trade hits as is with counters.
Arnaud vs. Todd Dukakis - Todd can annoy the hell out of Arnaud, but has massive issues actually landing the finishing blow.
Arnaud vs. Leo - Slow Down => ID.
Arnaud vs. Zapdos - ID vs. Thunder... Thunder has accuracy issues compounded by Magic Blocking. Zapdos is likely faster, but Agility and Slow Down cancel each other out and Thunder safely -will- miss one out of three and may miss two out of three. Could be swayed.
Arnaud vs. Kyra Tierny - ID. Kyra 4HKOs before factoring in Magic Blocker and Arnaud's faster.
Arnaud vs. Silmeria Valkyrie - Not allowing both blockers... hmmm. Silmeria needs to equip both Silence and Petrify arrows here, which means the status is turn two. Arnaud is faster and Slow Down gives him more shots than Silmeria will get. Works.
Arnaud vs. Tana - lulz tana accuracy is barely above average
Arnaud vs. Nash Rumack - Nash is faster, has -way- too much status variety and none of them will be below turn two (Magic Blocker doesn't apply to non-damaging spells, I think?). No matter how Arnaud mixes and matches his blockers, assuming you -allow- that, Nash will have something fatal to hit him with.
Arnaud vs. Grenseal - Slow Down => ID. Typical Arnaud win. Grenseal 2HKOs, but eh, Magic Blocker still exists and yeah.
Arnaud vs. Marisa - Marisa suffers roughly the same fate as Guy.
Arnaud vs. Kanji Tatsumi - Arnaud and evadable physical fighters is a recipe for :garcia:
Arnaud vs. Culgan - I -guess-? Culgan is so frail that three Blasts after Slow Down may shoot him down - although I doubt he misses a 4HKO with magic. Physicals are hopeless, Culgan accuracy sucks.
Arnaud vs. Sharon - Legaia 2 Sharon, I assume. Even with her accuracy, I kneejerk Arnaud is just too good at getting control of the match once he piles up as much as a Slow Down. With the speed difference applied, he can actually chip past a deadly MA range. S3 Sharon vs. Arnaud is a trainwreck of a match, on the other hand.
Arnaud vs. Fayt Leingod - Sleep is fatal and usual lulz vs. evadable physicals ensue.
Arnaud vs. Zeikfried - Zeik sucks. Can he even circumvent evade?
Arnaud vs. Luc - Assuming Dhyer's right about Luc evade. Block sleep, spam Shining/Eternal Wind for victolies.
Arnaud vs. Dryst - Arnaud win. Dryst is a horrible Heavy.
Arnaud vs. Freya Crescent - Arnaud casts Slow Down/Illusion and he beats Freya in a straight slugfest even if she Lunas. Seriously, don't bring evadable physicals as your main tool against Arnaud.
Arnaud vs. Fuse - Sleep. Fuse gives Arnaud way too much time to get started.
Arnaud vs. Kasumi (Suikos) - ITE 2HKO faster than Arnaud!
Arnaud vs. Lawfer - Physicals.
Arnaud vs. Yuki - EDIT: Wait, no. Arnaud is faster and if Yuki blocks sleep+uses Flash, he's just getting outpaced because fuck Slow Down is stupid and Yuki misses the OHKO. If he blocks ID, Sleep wins the fight. So it goes.
Arnaud vs. Rutee Katrea - Silence blocking+Water halving = Arnaud victory.
Arnaud vs. Ursula - Huh, weird fight. Ursula immunes the whoring and can apply one of her tricks herself, but has issues actually finishing the damage race. Want to say Arnaud pulls it off, though - faster, opens with Hyper, now he has an easy 3HKO while Ursula can't deal as much damage.

Arnaud vs. Jeremy Non - Actually kinda close, since Jeremy gets so many shots to try and -hit- him. On the other hand, in-game experience sweeps in and now I can't hear you over the sound of Jeremy failing so hard against Arnaud that the game plays laugh tracks whenever he tries attacking him. So yeah.

Arnaud vs. Hawk - Blocks silence and wins the status war.
Arnaud vs. Veronica Vera - Block ID, outslug. Veronica is a verifiable Light when she's bereft of status.
Arnaud vs. Miang - Miang is luuuuuuuulz without instant death. EDIT: Tide, Miang doesn't have HP-1, just ID. The durability is awful anyway, she has like 4000 HP and even without 7AP Deathblows the averages near four-digits for damage at worst. Odds are Arnaud would just Slow Down and 3HKO in that case (and Miang is -slow- at base to boot).
Arnaud vs. Cristo - Blocks ID and eventually hits his own after casting Slow Down. Cristo in a slugfest is so awesome.

Arnaud vs. MOMO - Slow Down and Slow cancel out and Arnaud dodges a lot more than MOMO does - AND takes hits a lot better. XS3 gets :arnaud:'d anyway since Slow Down is horrible rape and Silence isn't an option.
Arnaud vs. Yuiri - Arnaud vs. S3 Sharon is a nightmare of a trainwreck match. However, Yuiri sorely lacks the evade, which means Arnaud's ID is actually viable instead of being completely useless. Two shots of ID instead of one make the fight more dangerous (forcing Arnaud to block ID period) and she has a lot more physical damage, but I think Ge Ramtos being an actual option is just too match-clinching on Arnaud's end.
Arnaud vs. Warlock - Warlock speed after Slow Down is the best thing ever.
