Terra (FF6) vs Yuna (FFX)
Zophar (Lunar:EBC) vs Genevieve (VP)- My Genevieve respect is not high.
Berle (SO2) vs Melfice (G2)- Berle really does not like fast, evasive fighters in game or in the DL.


Heavy:

Fayt (SO3) vs Neifirst (PS2)- splat.
Geno (SMRPG) vs Vesper (SO2)- I think buffing/his physical can carry this? Vesper is not a competent slugger.
Shadow (FF6) vs Nel (SO3)-  Heal lock.

Middle:

Aila (S3) vs Mizuki (S4)- Strong kneejerk. Aila's not durable. 
Vivi (FF9) vs Taya (SF2)- Elemental walling.
Robo (CT) vs Elly (XG)- No lunar rod? Goodbye Elly.
Kid (CC) vs Tiamat (FF1)- I would truly like to see a breakdown on DoS Tiamat vs Kid, as that is Silence/Rei level sad.  I *think* Tiamat pulls that out (75% physical resistance+resisting Fire to boot is bad for Kid) but god damn it is sad.

Light:
Rude (FF7) vs Nikki (CC)- Nikki's bad speed tips this.
Radius (CC) vs Etna (Disgaea)- Radius has the same problem as Nikki.
Tai Ho (Suikos) vs Estella (S3)- Gets her second turn before Tai Ho does, which is game.
Gryz (SF2) vs Roger (SO3)-  Roger may be able to status (It's only halved) or slug his way out of trouble, but.  When in doubt, disrespect Roger.

Terra (FF6) vs Yuna (FFX): Faster.
Zophar (Lunar:EBC) vs Genevieve (VP): Gets a turn. Not a bad fight if you banned Fate Storm and not Indiscriminate, but not sure many people do that.
Berle (SO2) vs Melfice (G2): Has something useful to do during Meta-Guard turns (if only barely), and has the evade.

Heavy:

Geno (SMRPG) vs Vesper (SO2): Kneejerk “Vesper sucks and fails forever against boosted Geno” vote, though if his status is better than I think this might change my vote.
Shadow (FF6) vs Nel (SO3): Um... hm. Nel wins if she has any appreciable speed edge, but I don't even know who's faster. Otherwise Shadow has to try and win via a heal-lock. I wouldn't let him heal-lock with Falchions (those are expensive) but if Ninja Stars can threaten one he can take this.

Middle:

Aila (S3) vs Mizuki (S4): Fast and 2HKOs here.
Vivi (FF9) vs Taya (SF2): Yeah, walling earth and a few other elements should take this.
Robo (CT) vs Elly (XG): Easy win. Even if Elly is faster, physical damage against Robo isn't making much headway, so it's a matter of time until a OHKO Uzzi Punch shows up. If she's slower, it shows up immediately.
Kid (CC) vs Tiamat (FF1): Well this is ugly as hell.

Light:

Rude (FF7) vs Nikki (CC): Sure.
Radius (CC) vs Etna (Disgaea): Sure.
Tai Ho (Suikos) vs Estella (S3): Faster 2HKO.
Gryz (SF2) vs Roger (SO3): No.

*Checks* Shadow definitely heal locks Nel. He 2HKOs average with a ninja star/falchion, she is slightly below average HP.

Vote for Shadow then. He wins pretty unquestionably if he goes first- image plays hell with Nel's offense if she is in danger of slapping him with status turn one- and I think he does go first.

Terra Branford (FF6) vs Yuna (FFX) - Pain.
Zophar (Lunar:EBC) vs Genevieve (VP) - About two times the offense as EBO Zophar and not enough less durability.
Berle (SO2) vs Melfice (G2) - The evade is painful for Berle.

Heavy:

Fayt Leingod (SO3) vs Neifirst (PS2) - Neifirst 3HKOs at worst and gets 4HKOed. Not really a fight.
Geno (SMRPG) vs Vesper (SO2) - Geno 2HKOs post-Geno Boost (heck, 3HKOs before, so it's not even necessary to) and Vesper status is turn three at best. Yeah.
Shadow (FF6) vs Nel Zelpher (SO3) - Yeah, feels like this works well enough. Neither is doubling each other anytime soon and Shadow has tools to force a heal-lock.

Middle:

Aila (S3) vs Mizuki (S4) - 2HKOs and goes first.
Vivi Ornitier (FF9) vs Taya (SF2) - FF9 elemental nonsense.
Robo (CT) vs Elhaym van Houten (XG) - Sleep immunity and not failing against Elly. Yeah.
Kid (CC) vs Tiamat (FF1) - Unpretty.

Light:

Rude (FF7) vs Nikki (CC) - Uh doesn't he kinda hit weakness?
Tai Ho (Suikos) vs Estella (S3) - 2HKO!
