EDIT: I mean, maaaybe Noa 2HKOs him with Miracle Art+non-Miracle Art off the Gaia Gear setup for healing? But even then, she has to give up a turn to build gauge that way regardless. EDIT: no, she 2HKOs with a single non-Miracle Art+Queen Twister if he goes that route, that's giving her too much leeway.
Noa vs Odie (SN) - Tough Love.
Noa vs Alicia (VP2) - Pretty sure Noa 4-3s? Since I believe she 2HKOs cleanly with Miracle Art+Queen Twister, this is enough. Alicia also 3HKOs, but that doesn't really work in her favor.
Noa vs Frejyadour Falenas (S5) - Immune Charm or bust.
Noa vs Umi (CSTW) - See above.
Noa vs Lute (FE8) - Yeah.

Noa vs Tifa Lockheart (FF7) - Noa's damage control is so goddamn good and she can definitely stave off a L2 even without Queen Twister (hello, Noa's Ark scrapes a 2HKO to average as is).
Noa vs Rouge (Saga) - Rouge wishes he had MysticMail here.
Noa vs Geomancer (FFT) - Immunes Confuse/Charm, 2HKOs, has good enough stats to survive two Noa turns.
Pepperoncino (MK2) vs Shadow (FF6) - Good lord, Gaia Gear and Vanish.
Pepperoncino vs Odie (SN) - Holy crap, Odie's matches against Earth. Pepperoni quite possibly misses even a 2HKO and he needs to OHKO here!
Pepperoncino vs Alicia (VP2) - This is ugly, Alicia can get some resistance to his damage and immunes ID.
Pepperoncino vs Frejyadour Falenas (S5) - 2HKOs first.
Pepperoncino vs Umi (CSTW) - Cute Pose lets her avoid the OHKO and she's considerably faster. Once -that's- up, she Siren's Calls, 4-3s and drops somewhere along the lines of 2x PC HP on Pepperoni's head. Ugly.
Pepperoncino vs Lute (FE8) - Dear god Lute durability.
Pepperoncino vs High Cavalier (XF) - Pepperoni only 3HKOs, but High Cavalier doesn't even come particularly close to killing him with a full Intrude chain. It happens.
Pepperoncino vs Cleo (S1) - Fire immunity.
Pepperoncino vs Tifa Lockheart (FF7) - Damage control and may be able to survive a fucking L2 anyway.
Pepperoni vs Rouge (Saga) - ID immunity. Rouge immunes ground attacks, but hell, he has to go for that -and- ID immunity too and risks getting outslugged by BASIC MANA KHEMIA 2 PHYSICALS that way.
Pepperoni vs Geomancer (FFT) - Earth Clothes and Angel Ring. GOOOOOOOODBYE.
Berserker (XF) vs Shadow (FF6) - Vanish.
Berserker vs Odie (SN) - If Berserker attacks -ever-, she eats a counter and then Odie's own turn, and she can -not- survive that. As for Odie, he can just stall for the special attack, which kills Berserker dead.
Berserker vs Alicia (VP2) - Berserker against someone who 4HKOs her. Yeeeeeah.
Berserker vs Frejyadour Falenas (S5) - Sorta like Alex vs. Berserker, only Frey can chip even better.
Berserker vs Umi (CSTW) - Once again, Umi's crazy buffing game comes into play. Berserker at full HP doesn't even 2HKO Umi, she of the Esuna-tastic durability, so she just has all the time in the world to pile up the offense until it goes completely nuts.
Berserker vs Lute (FE8) - Evade makes this kiiiiiiinda interesting, but Lute durability is -so- bad.
Berserker vs High Cavalier (XF) - Interesting fight. High Cavalier pretty much wants to chip until an Intrude chain, but I suspect Berserker evade will make this sorta dicy and any damage Berserker drops sticks. And HP Burst also speaks a bit -against- High Cavalier too. Kneejerk is Berserker.
Berserker vs Cleo (S1) - Faster and 2HKOs, and Cleo doesn't get OHKOed by Berserker until like 75% of her HP is lost. HP Burst even -is- a point in Berserker's favor, but Cleo also has solid evade, decent HP and plentiful damage control to mess with Berserker's game.
Berserker vs Tifa Lockheart (FF7) - Cid situation.
Berserker vs Rouge (Saga) - I was about to vote Rouge because lol berserker damage at full hp and lol id, BUT: Rouge's so slow Berserker 3-2s. And she 3HKOs. And Rouge's ID is turn two. Good LORD.
Berserker vs Geomancer (FFT) - Spam Geomancy until the status sticks, I guess? This does give Berserker damage, but Geomancer should be able to work it out.
