Aima (Lufia 3) vs Lenneth (VP1)- I don't think Lenneth can OHKO, I also don't especially respect any argument with chipping.
Aima vs Deis (BoF1)- Rub.
Aima vs Van (TotA)- Van is not scary at high HP (Not to Aima durability). She gets some limit move and splatters him.
Aima vs Elc (AtLC)- Surely. He's in a bit of trouble if he can't chip past her wave motion knockoff, but. He should be able to dothat.
Aima vs Albedo (XS1)- Confuse.
Aima vs Riou (S2)- Survives a Forgiver Sign. Riou can physical instead, but Aima's chipping away at his forgiver sign with each physical- and worse, getting closer to a fatal IP.
Aima vs Odin (VP2)- Moppy gets very sad when he can't elementally wall a foe.
Aima vs Cristo (DQ4)- ID.
Aima vs Rydia (FF4)- ID as well. Rydia can survive one Aima physical easily enough.
Aima vs Artea (Lufia 2)- Artea can't OHKO ever and thus is totally fucked. Artea doesn't really have status either.
Aima vs Georg (S5)- Kneejerk. Georg has no damage control and Paralysis is most likely fatal here.

Aima vs Riou (S2) - Can likely survive a Forgiver Sign.
Aima vs Cress (ToP)
Aima vs Rydia (FF4) - Faster.
Aima vs Artea (Lufia 2)

Ness (EB) vs Lenneth (VP1)
Ness vs Deis (BoF1)
Ness vs Elc (AtLC) - Mind Buster.
Ness vs Riou (S2)
Ness vs Cress (ToP) - uh, throw up shield, try to outlast?  Not 100% on this one.
Ness vs Rydia (FF4)
Ness vs Artea (Lufia 2) - No, Artea isn't heal-locking.  No, I don't allow his ID immunity.

Assuming a 3 turn average with 1 100 FP move, Aika's 50 IP move does about 1.13 PC HP damage (including Mousse)

Aima (Lufia 3) vs Lenneth (VP1)- Lol yeah. Not OHKOed, only needs to take a little damage to get to an OHKO (assuming Lenneth's defense isn't high enough to kill the OHKO). But sure, chip.
Aima vs Deis (BoF1)- Super, Rub 1 is only 50%! So it misses, Deis eats Paralysis.
Aima vs Van (TotA)- I mean, Aima is good,
Aima vs Elc (AtLC)
Aima vs Albedo (XS1)- I idly wonder if Albedo's halving Max HP move round down (in effect meaning it 3HKOs 50% of the time) or up. Also Aima may OHKO him. My gut is yes, she does. And he doesn't have anything to scare her turn 1.
Aima vs Riou (S2)
Aima vs Cristo (DQ4)
Aima vs Cress (ToP)
Aima vs Rydia (FF4)- I think Rydia is slower, but while Minerva is not technically legal in 4a (which I go by), I think I'm okay with fudging this one a little.
Aima vs Artea (Lufia 2)
Aima vs Georg (S5)- Aima doesn't kill him in 1 hit...unless...he equips for status blocking

Lanselot (TO) vs Lenneth (VP1)- Probably depends on that Parry rate?
Lanselot vs Deis (BoF1)
Lanselot vs Van (TotA)- Can't avoid all the MAs
Lanselot vs Elc (AtLC)
Lanselot vs Albedo (XS1)- Not sure about that HP draining here
Lanselot vs Riou (S2)
Lanselot vs Cristo (DQ4)- Uh...man.

Ness (EB) vs Lenneth (VP1)- Doesn't OHKO Ness, but does 2HKO. Ness hates having no turn 1 status
Ness vs Deis (BoF1)
Ness vs Van (TotA)- Ness has 2 problems here. The first is that his damage is rather middling. The second is that that middling damage is extremely expensive. So he probably has to fall back on his half average damage physical. So...I guess Van misses out on ever 2HKOing him, so he should be okay.
Ness vs Elc (AtLC)
Ness vs Albedo (XS1)
Ness vs Riou (S2)- Riou can heal lock with a physical, or a double (heal->Forgiver Sign)
Ness vs Cristo (DQ4)
Ness vs Cress (ToP)
Ness vs Rydia (FF4)
Ness vs Artea (Lufia 2)- God, L2 defense is so bad that Artea will drop 180 defense, block Sleep and Paralysis and ID and never run out of MP thanks to the IP MP healing.

I don't allow Aima starting SP. Also, Albedo's confusion move is going to wreck Aima.

Lanselot (TO) vs Lenneth (VP1): He should live to see a second turn, but he doesn't 2HKO and then gets killed. Parry... mm. Assuming it's 1/3... that stops Nibelung Valesti but Lenneth doesn't need it to win.
Lanselot vs Deis (BoF1): Thanks for specifying a Deis form! Anyway, Bolt X is still a 3HKO even against the tanky Lans.
Lanselot vs Van (TotA): Lans probably wants to turtle at high health... there's a chance he can turtle around the first MA, but Van may be able to gum up the works by triggering a counter.
Lanselot vs Albedo (XS1): Yeah no reason the HP draining doesn't work to full potential here.
Lanselot vs Riou (S2): The good news: Lans has 25% resistance to holy! The bad news: he's a defence over HP boss against the ITD Forgiver Sign. Splorch.
Lanselot vs Odin (VP2): Better slugger.
Lanselot vs Cristo (DQ4): Buffs his defence to survive whatever Lans does. Don't think Lans immunes blind or silence either... TO bosses immune control-denying status but need skills to stop the minor stuff, and Lans lacks those skills.
Lanselot vs Rydia (FF4): I think. Rydia doesn't have a status that would really make Lans flinch, I think (blind or slow), he 2HKOs, and his MDef wrecks Sylph.
Lanselot vs Artea (Lufia 2): Artea's stuck with average damage here due to light res. This does 21% to Lans, who can heal for 16%. Artea's faster though... but not all that much. So I think Lans can last long enough for Rending Gale.
Lanselot vs Georg (S5): Georg is faster and 2HKOs, in extremely accurate fashion. And one of his attacks alone doesn't give Lans the TP he needs for Rending Gale. That's that.

Lanselot Tartaros vs Deis (BoF1) - 3HKOs first.
Lanselot vs Vandesdelca Musto Fende (TotA) - Lanselot would kinda need a 2HKO here.
Lanselot Tartaros vs Elc (AtLC) - Invincible cheeses the hell out of Lanselot. Divide won't be much of a factor due to Lanselot's obscene mdef, but Elc doesn't need it.
Lanselot Tartaros vs Albedo Piazzola (XS1) - Gravity 2HKO.
Lanselot Tartaros vs Riou (S2) - 25% holy resist is totally letting Lans survive a Forgiver Sign rite - *splat.*
Lanselot Tartaros vs Odin (VP2) - OHKOs, doesn't -remotely- have to even 2HKO.
Lanselot Tartaros vs Cristo (DQ4) - No silence immunity? This doesn't bode well for Lans.
Lanselot Tartaros vs Cress Albane (ToP) - Cress only 3HKOs and rams into giving Lans a ton of TP. Rending Gale wrecks his shit before Cress gets a third turn.
Lanselot Tartaros vs Rydia (FF4) - Assuming Sylph isn't ITD, this works.
Lanselot Tartaros vs Artea (Lufia 2) - I'll bite.
Lanselot Tartaros vs Georg Prime (S5) - To add to all of Elfboy's talk, Georg also has a lot of effective evade. Mmmmmyeah.

Ness (EB) vs Lenneth Valkyrie (VP1) - Ness does -not- live through a Nibelung Valesti. I'm not sure -anything- does, really!
Ness vs Deis (BoF1) - Spam Rub, collect victoly.
Ness vs Vandesdelca Musto Fende (TotA) - Shield lets Ness live through Van MAs, I wager (he's not that far from surviving the really nasty ones at -base-). His magical damage doesn't really faze Ness either, so the inability to punch through limit ranges doesn't matter.
Ness vs Elc (AtLC) - Invincible and Rob Mind cheese eventually turn Ness into a borderline Light/Middle.
Ness vs Albedo Piazzola (XS1) - MP busting, confuse, gravity, all of them brutalize Ness.
Ness vs Riou (S2) - Hm. Ness has 1.72x PC HP. Riou deals... *mathmathmath.* 1.73x PC HP with Forgiver Sign. lol ohko. Not that it -matters-, since he can just heal-lock with his L2 until a double.
Ness vs Odin (VP2) - Same deal as Van, only with a quarter the HP or so. Ness 2HKOs and doesn't need to.
Ness vs Cristo (DQ4) - Status, all of it.
Ness vs Cress Albane (ToP) - Pure physicals vs. Ness.
Ness vs Rydia (FF4) - Status vs. Ness.
Ness vs Artea (Lufia 2) - EVENTUALLY the ID lands.
Ness vs Georg (S5) - Georg has a case to 2HKO at base, but Shield just brutalizes all of Georg's hopes and Ness may well 2HKO his ass.
