First: Lucina in -Middle-, are you nuts? She's a borderline Heavy/Godlike. From Dhyer's notes, Lita's also off, she's closer to Heavy than Light (so, Middle). Doubt Mega Charizard makes Godlike either, unless his skillset in Gen 6 got so badass it deserves the boost. Finally, looking at Tally-chu's stat topic, Fuka is more of a Middle.

Mega Charizard Y at least gets 159 base SpA, 104 Atk and Drought.  There's no gen 6 method to get Blast Burn but Flame Thrower, Heat Wave, and Flare Blitz are all pretty scary off those numbers.  Miiiight fall short of OHKO depending on gen 6 averages but I can definitely see erring high and nomming in Godlike instead of Heavy.

Lucina though is arguably better than some of the FE10 royals.  Offhand she's beaten out by Cainaghis and maybe Tibarn for best PC in the series for DL purposes.  Although if you just wanted "well one of the kids, people will probably put them in middle because blah blah late joiners" then I'd suggest Cynthia, she joins notably later than Lucina and is the only other kid with a firm parentage by the conventions used by the stat topic (Lucina's parents are Chrom and Sumia, and therefore Cynthia's dad is Chrom.  Pega-pony princess~)

Also, Djinn, your *own notes* call Margus a Low Heavy (which I'd agree with).  He gets randomly spoiled by infinite healers with a way to finish in Light & Middle, sure, (Lightning / Selphie the obvious ones I can think of), but it's not real common.
