Mitsuru Kirijo (Persona 4 Arena) vs Karin Koenig (Shadow Hearts: Covenant) - Big coinflip of a match, but a few niggling things punt Mitsuru to a bit below Karin to me--while black plugsuit edges out German Army Uniform, and Mitsuru generally wins on personality, the addition of a gaudy fur cape and her tendency to use gratuitous french (I know it's English in the japanese version, but I'm going by the localized standards here) make Karin win out in the end.
Elhaym van Houten (Xenogears) vs Nel Zelpher (Star Ocean: Till the End of Time) - And these two are going to be tough as hell also. Both are roughly equal on an existential front (Antitype vs. Elicoorian, both equally on the outsider scale), Elly wins on the fashion front, and Nel wins on the badassery front. ...this is hard.
