Yokai (BD)- Damage + laughs at elemental resistances + back up status (for all that a PC would need to be an MDur/MEva tank)
Dorothy (WoOZ)- The turnsplit + that skillset
The Dark One (ATL2)- Well, one thing about this ATL 2 being here, is that nomming the Dark One feels more appropriate
Garm (VP DS)- The game’s strongest rank!
Persephone (WA 5)- Smash
Exorcist (BD)- For the lolz

Rolf (PS 2)- See how he does now that I'd throw Megid out
Sara (CS 2)- Versatile...for a CS 2 fighter a least. Moderate physical spoiling on top of moderate physical spoiling on top of moderate physical spoiling.
Klein (AI)- My favorite skillset god with horrible complimenting stats!
Finn (CSH)- Good defensive game with exploitable flaws
Elise (CS 2)- Fun drain-healing game
Tosh (ATL 2)- He hopefully won’t be on this side of the divide for long.

M
Oengus (CoL)- The one permanent CoL PC that definitively is not a child of Light
Taro (Disgaea 2)- Fun defensive game, just don't expect anything approaching damage
Anastasia (RS)- Hilarious. 3x Durability! 70% Healing! 1/3 Average Damage (can build to a decent limit). Over doubles status hit rate!
Shante (ATL2)- She hopefully will not be on this side of the divide for long
Laura (CS 2)- Please tell me if you think she’s too much. Tide and I gave her high Middle, Pyro gave her borderline Godlike. Matters a lot whether you see the damage average fall. If she’s too much then Gauis just for a safe choice
Hendrik (DQ 11)- Sure

Lyonesse (Brig)- A strong Light choice, in honor of the new Brig coming out soon
Ophilia (OT)- Not sure if she's a Light, but would love to see her get in so I can see if it might actually play out in practice.
Chahn (CSH)- I’m sure I’ve nommed her before to see how she held up, but NR Light doesn’t have a lot of options!
Harley (FF4:TAY)- Attempts at Paralyzing enemy

Fou Lu (BoF 4)- So the physicals run screaming while auto-losing to magic (see: Brahms)

Vanille (FF 13)- Elemental smash + status game (which now is likely seen as worse enough to everyone for her to be a High Middle)
Sonya (Suiko 1)- Durable healer who wants more damage. MIght be better now under my status views
Bob (Suiko 2)- The perennial overlooked Suiko character (which was hard to achieve in the DL)
Warlock (S4)- My favorite perennial Middle nom

Aeris (FF 7)- Can she manages to kill before one of her Limit tricks wears off?
Vincent (Suiko 2)- More incompetent Red Mage types for Light!
Luc (Suiko 1 specifically if that's allowed)- Fascinating Light. Speed! Damage! That HP tho!
Chemist (FFT)- Auto Potion is nasty, but damage is not and misses a lot of great FFT equps
Locke (FF6)- The surprisingly competent surprise

Got a few silly ideas.  Not a lot, but a few and figured may as well dump them here and edit more in later if I think of any.

Mother Brain (Phantasy Star 2)  Somewhere about 200% speed.  Laughs at physicals,  Defense piercing damage.  No other tricks.

Merurulince Rede Arls (Atelier Meruru)  Was plotting an all royalty themed nom set but then all these other crack ideas interfered.

Algus (FFT, C1 boss form specifically): Auto-Potion hype.  Pity about the activation rate.  And the lack of damage.  He wishes to be allowed Spin Fist since that is stronger.

Roxis Rosenkranz (Mana Khemia):  OK, no witty quip here.  He didn't get in all that often during site DL so giving him a chance to put on a performance.
