A whirling dervish of Claws, Katanas, battles, and drama; that's Edge Eblan's DL career in a nutshell. Fighting constantly, causing as much trouble and having as much fun as one motivated, well connected Ninja can cause. Five appearances and trillons of Gil in damage done later, and Edge fought his way to Heavy. Now what's next? How can Edge top battling Emerald WEAPON, his longrunning feud with Thundergod Cid, or actually fighting Ghaleon on his own? He, Edge, can be victorious in Heavy. The prince can dominate, in fact- which is what he's going to do Groudon. The fearsome pokemon may have offense to spare, but he lacks one thing that dooms even Godlikes against Edge- lack of sleep protection and speed. A quick swipe of Edge's catclaws should send the Groudon to dreamland and certain death. Edge's Fuma darts rip right through all of Groudon's vaunted defenses, and Edge's huge speed advantage gives him more than enough time to put his foe away -and- avoid the dozen or so Godlikes who want to kick his ass into next week.
