Nah, the nose and the eyebrows are noticeably changed (nose is longer, and the bridge line continues between the eyes. eyebrows are more widely separated, and more clean shaven). Also, maybe I was just looking for it, but I really feel like I can see a hint of Spanish in the modified features.

Nah I think they covered it quite concisely with this being about punishment. They cannot form groups of people that talk on a regular basis (Unless it is Church), they are in prison and therefore must be marginalised, compartmentalised and not allowed to discuss anything with anyone other than themselves, those that tend their cages and the people keeping them there.

This would be so much eaiser if we just built those damned panopticons already.

Dictionaries banned from a school because kids can look up dirty language in them. Nowadays I'd be fucking psyched if my kids were looking up curse words in the dictionary, because it means they know how to use one.

That's why I always keep my guns in a shoulder, belt or boot holster instead of locked up. If your kids can't get it from you, they'll get it from someone else.

Erm... what? He's equating dictionaries and guns sure, but he's pretty clearly stating that he does not lock up guns because if he's going to have kids around, he's going to make sure they get their knowledge of what guns are from him so that he knows what they know. So... yeah, it's information about guns he kinda indirectly talking about here.

I'm... not sure where you get the support for locking up dictionaries there.

Guns are something you probably -should- keep locked up and away from children. And more than likely, other people -aren't- going to give someone's child a gun.

Completely the opposite of what you should do with a dictionary/information.
