Good news, guys! The noble folks at EA have graciously decided to let you, yes YOU, beta test their games for a nominal fee. Now instead of free demos of mostly complete games, you too can play buggy, half finished beta versions for 15 dollars!
Don't think of it as a novel. Think of it as a chance to retroactively win every argument you have ever walked away from.

In other good news you can choose to pay $15 to trial out games when they are at their shittiest and pan them out of hand and never play the full version!  This is a clear strategy with amazing vision.

http://www.comicsalliance.com/2010/03/23/marvel-announces-marvelman-classic-reprints/

A year after purchasing the rights to Miracleman, Marvel has announced the reprints that everyone was waiting for! Yes, the classic run by Mick Anglo, who created the character as a thinly-veiled ripoff of Captain Marvel and has nothing to do with the Alan Moore and Neil Gaiman stories that made the character famous again....wait, what the hell?

Edit: Oh, and they're also still insisting on calling him Marvelman. Because.

In fairness, I had a friend who took off drunk from a bar and disappeared.  We found out he found a wrecked car and slept in it for the night!  It can happen.

Now... I doubt it happened here since you know... they have surveillance of it.  This is also the guy who made Dick Cheney's shotgun accident look mild.

I love how they mention it would be too morbid for Stephen King. This sort of disturbing coincidence usually forms the basis of his novels.

They are right on the fact that King couldn't write it, because something that awesome and win is beyond his scope (and Lovecraft wrote about brain in jars, not bags).

Yes, well, you have to get with the times.

100 years ago, Canada had milk in jars.  Now Canada has milk in bags.  I don't see why brains should be any different!

Most of Canada does, at any rate.  BC may not, but Ontario certainly does.  Better for the environment, etc.

I think the operable word here is had.  At least, I haven't seen milk in bags in years.   It's all jugs and cartons these days.

I miss my milk in bags...

Then again, that could also just be a BC thing, which is another reason why BC needs to be more like the rest of the country.  Now, as soon as I perfect my ray to make it snow here in the winter...

I had milk in bags with my elementary school lunches in Texas. Does that make Texas just weird or Canadian?

Just weird. After all, it's obviously missing a good chunk of Canada's more awesome features.

More proof that Texas can't do anything right except execute people, actually.
