To be fair, this was in SA, the state with the capital city that is the City of Churches and is notorious for being chock full of old people and being probably the most depressing capital we have (highest rate of youth gambling on poker machines in the country).

I'm actually on the fence about it. The girl SHOULD have pointed out she was a full-time student, but at the same time...chains weren't really all that necessary.
