Not all things that output with a .bin format necessarily output a .cue file to go with it, so that isn't a big problem, RTFM still applies however and understanding how .bin and .cue files isn't any harder than a quick wikipedia search will explain.
Edit - If you have a specific file format you want it to output though you might want to mention a freeware/shareware program that does it in the instructions, not that I have checked if you have done so, but just a heads up.
