The fireman will be charged with battery. The officer who shot him still has not been named or charged.

It's generally not a priority for people who object to the theory so strenuously to actually understand what it is that they're objecting to. I could rant here, but I'll keep it in check. Darwin would've been aghast at Nazi eugenics had he lived to see it; blaming him for the worst excesses of humanity is as intellectually sound as saying that Jesus was a dick because the crusades happened.

Wierd, you'd have figured that there wouldn't be any loopholes that would be able to get around a fairly simple "If you have a dick, you cannot play in this tournament". So I guess the idiot in that story is whoever left a loophole in the rules that would let a man enter a woman's tournament.

To be fair, there are problems with using that as your yardstick. This isn't the Olympics where people with mixed physiology need to be disqualified.

Yeah, you have to look at the results of surveys you get from high schoolers through the prism of how many people you think bothered to answer honestly.
