Someone had to make the topic.

So, what games are you guys bringing? And Alex, what do you have in mind for a game tournament of sorts?

As for me, I will be bringing...

SRW OGs and OG Gaiden[I figure SOME people might want to check it out]
King of Fighters XI[Meeple's request]
King of Fighters Maximum Impact 2[see above]
King of Fighters 98 Ultimate Match[simpler than the other KoFs I'm bringing, might generate more interest]
Fatal Fury Battle Archives Volume 2[random]
Neo Geo Battle Coliseum[random]
Guilty Gear XX Accent Core[for Shale]
Warriors Orochi 2[Tai/Gate want to see it]
Samurai Warriors 2 + Xtreme Legends[see above, sorta]
Sengoku Basara 2 Heroes[think Samurai/Dynasty Warriors. Now add in 50% more DMC and 150% more utterly ridiculous. Also multiplayer]
Sengoku Basara X[See the above? Now add in 100% more Guilty Gear.]
Tales of Destiny Director's Cut[some people may be interested]
Namco X Capcom[giving this back to Niu most likely, and some people might want to check it out]
Fire Emblem 9[giving this back to NEB]
F-Zero GX[wanna show this to NEB, and it'd be nice to have another racing game besides Mario Kart if people are interested]
And some others I'm probably forgetting.

I'll be bringing the following at least:

Naruto: Gekitou Nnja Taisen 4 (and a freeloader to actually play it). Note that this requires a game cube SPECIFICALLY; does not work on a Wii due to the freeloader.
Mega Man X8 (I know some people might want to borrow it or something)
Pokemon Colisseum (returning to Gate)
God Hand (blame Xer <.<)
Devil May Cry 3 (show it off to a few people, etc.)

Possibly a few other games on a whim. Oh, naturally, a bunch of PSP/DS/GBA games for obvious reasons. Among them, yes, Mega Man Powered Up will be there, probably Crisis Core too since some people showed curiosity in that game.

OH! I think this topic would be a good place to request for the lending of games and such.

Me? Curious about Phantom Brave and Disgaea 2 at the moment, figure it might be a better idea to borrow it rather than shell out cash. If someone is willing to lend it and such, speak up or something! I'm willing to lend a bunch of games actually, so don't feel shy to throw out requests for games.

...and while I don't think anyone will be curious this time, I COULD always bring MF6 on a CD or something yet again! No, I don't suspect we will take time to promo it this time, so yeah, probably won't do that unless there's an absolute big demand for it.

I'll be brining GG2 and Senkou no Ronde, knowing there is a interest.
I can bring me Disgaea3 too is anyone is interested, or if someone else is brining a PS3.
And to the Puyo fans, do you want some old MM games?
And to the Netherworld dwellers, any old IF atrocities you want?

Since I'm not sure who else here has a 100% unlocked Mario Kart Wii file, I will bring that. No real plans to bring much of anything else, besides MMAC/MMXC because Con always needs more Mega Man. And MMXCM because I'm overdue for returning that to OK. ;_;

Definitely.

And you should bring that one IF game with the 1000 floor tower Niu, just so everyone else can appreciate the games they play more.

Some folks have said I should post about this, and this seems like maybe a better topic than the main one. So.

How much if any interest would there be in another multigame tournament, similar to the one Captain K ran at DLcon 2?

Possible games to be included:

- Smash (obviously. Either/both flavors.)
- Mario Kart
- Scarlet Weather Rhapsody, the new Touhou fighting game
- Rekkadan (if you don't know what it is, you'll find out)
- Other fighters, most likely Soul Calibur 3 or Guilty Gear Something
- Suggestions for more?

I'm up for any tournament. I can supply one of my many fighting games to it, but picking one that would supplement a tournament where most of the people are playing said game for the first time would be tough.

Bringing Power Stone Collection for the PSP owners. One UMD can host multiplayer games.

Not that I wouldn't mind seeing other IF games, Niu, but I wouldn't be able to read them.

Also bringing two board games.

Betrayal at the House on the Hill: Not much explanation needed here. Most of you were at DL-Con 1. Awesome board game containing elements of every horror movie. 6 players max.

Gloom: Hokay. I'd like some input on this. This is a storytelling card game. Basically, get a family, and tell their story using the card modifiers you're dealt, eventually killing them. The enjoyment of the game entirely hinges on the storytelling, and I know Alex is interested in this already, but the question is how many other people are? I can't see too many games of this being played, so I'd like to accomodate everyone interested. I have the standard game with 4 families (4 players), and there are two expansion packs each containing one family for one additional player. If there are 6 people interested I'd have no problem getting the rest.

This. Get it, bring it, and other people, play it. These sorts of games are always incredibly fun at get-togethers like DLcon, as can be attested to by House on the Hill at DLC1 and Apples to Apples at DLC2.

You guys should try to get some wifi connection going, if at all possible. That way assholes not going to this can still show up and win at laggy ass smash. Better than nothing.

Oh yeah, DS stuff. I have a depressing lack of multiplayer games, but I can at least bring Super Monkey Ball and challenge people to the sport of kings, which is of course Monkey Air Hockey.

I'd say keep a tournament to 5 games, as more then that will make it take foreeeeeever. Brawl/Kart I have copies of, and my Wii will be there, of course. We'll prolly want another Wii so that we can get Brawl and Kart going at the same time.

But yeah, Brawl/Kart/SWR/Super Smash Sisters/one fighting game sounds like a good mix of stuff.

This sounds like fun. I had planned on just doing chauffering duty and then mostly hanging out back at our place in between running peeps around. Never been much of a social critter when it comes to large groups, but that game sounds tempting enough to lure me out...

Oh, and the beach house has wifi set up already. No worries there.

And yes, we have a copy of AtA that can be provided. And that right there seals my doom. AtA and this new card game? I think I'm going to have to suck it up and dive into the fire by hanging out with you lot at least a bit instead of hidin- I mean, staying back at our place. *grin*

I'll bring Uno too just to mock Laggy~ (who got skooled again)

Random, but any idea if we will have 4 devices capable of outputting CDs? I have a Flaming Lips album with 4 discs that are meant to be played from seperate devices simultaneously and I have been putting it off for a special occasion. Anyone interested?
