Godlike

Tibarn (Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn) v Ryu (Breath of Fire IV): My first thought was "Tibarn Slaughters" but...then I remember Ryu4 has Ahryu P'ung in Kaiser form, which is hitting Tibarn's 3x weakness to Wind *AND* his much lower defensive stat.  So it depends on several interp calls here (does Tibarn survive Ahryu P'ung? Does Tibarn just flat out kill Ryu? How much of a beating can Kaiser take WITH Tear factored in? What moves of Ryu's get around Tibarn's Evade and Pavise? etc.)
Onion Knight (Final Fantasy III) v Terra Branford (Final Fantasy VI): Onion Knight doesn't OHKO average, let alone a good defense PC like Terra.  The flipside, however, is the case, even for a high defense PC like FEOK!
Salade (La Pucelle: Tactics) v Rhapthorn (Dragon Quest VIII): Kneejerk!
Arceus (Pokemon) v Shania (Shadow Hearts: From the New World): Kneejerk again!  Thinking Arceus going first and having more resources is a big thing in his favor, though, its possible Shania with Dream Porter and after Santlilobel can get a double turn, act -> double, and hope that kills Arceus in one go.

Heavy

Levin Brenton (Wild ARMs XF) v Adelbert Steiner (Final Fantasy IX): Can't vote.
Warrior (Final Fantasy III) v Knight (Final Fantasy): If Knight goes first? He probably wins a slugfest with better tanking ability and having good enough damage to combat Warrior's.  If he goes second? Warrior suddenly LOSES defense from Advance, and if he doesn't use Advance, his damage takes a big hit.
Balthier (Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions) v Queen Zeal (Chrono Trigger): Don't respect Zeal's HP too mcuh, so Balthier should 2HKO or something.
Angeal Hewley (Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII) v Jenova (Final Fantasy VII): Thinking I allow Thunder of Envy of whatever sin its named after, which makes this fight kind of one sided.
EDIT: Decided that yes, I do allow it, if Angeal is willing to receive double damage from Physical Attacks on the next turn.  Reflects the moves flaw of "Can only be used if enemy is behind him" in game.  Doesn't change the fight though, near as I can tell.

Middle

Regigigas (Pokemon) v Seraphita (Xenogears): When in doubt, assume Regigigas fails.
Scholar (Final Fantasy III) v Bow (Breath of Fire II): I should actually look into this more, but yeah, thinking Shot goes in before Scholar can do something scary.
Jessica Philomele (Mana Khemia: Alchemists of Al Revis) v Scythe Riebauer (Wild ARMs 4)
Felius Arwin (Wild ARMs XF) v Nergal (Fire Emblem: The Blazing Sword)

Light

Garnet Sunday (Super Robot Taisen: Original Generation) v Blank (Final Fantasy IX): Can't vote.
Bidoof (Pokemon) v Mudkip (Pokemon): I think we had this match once before?  In any event, I think it was Mud Slap wins it.
Tink (Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories) v Pikachu (Pokemon): Can't vote.
Cube (Live a Live) v Melody Vilente (Wild ARMs 3): CK needs to rot in the pits of eternal hate.

Godlike

Tibarn (Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn) v Ryu (Breath of Fire IV): More respect for laguz royal offence than Meep apparently. One-rounds.
Onion Knight (Final Fantasy III) v Terra Branford (Final Fantasy VI): Onion Knight against ITD.
Arceus (Pokemon) v Shania (Shadow Hearts: From the New World): Man, good fight, needs me to hit a stat topic.

Heavy

Levin Brenton (Wild ARMs XF) v Adelbert Steiner (Final Fantasy IX): Not voting on ACF yet, but doesn't Levin win pretty easily? I guess Steiner has some evade.
Warrior (Final Fantasy III) v Knight (Final Fantasy): OHKO damage. Which = 2HKO to Knight, but yeah that gets the job done here. Meep, Warrior is speedy. And isn't getting OHKOed from the Advance defence drop.

Middle

Regigigas (Pokemon) v Seraphita (Xenogears): Regigigas a division above Micaiah.
Scholar (Final Fantasy III) v Bow (Breath of Fire II): Scholar doesn't 2HKO or anything like that. Wishes items were legal though even they fall off at endgame.
Felius Arwin (Wild ARMs XF) v Nergal (Fire Emblem: The Blazing Sword)

Light

Garnet Sunday (Super Robot Taisen: Original Generation) v Blank (Final Fantasy IX): SRW healing >>> anything Blank has. I don't remember Garnet's other spirits but I can't imagine they make things any better.
Bidoof (Pokemon) v Mudkip (Pokemon): Holy crap! Analysis later. Also neither of these are ranked!

Godlike

Tibarn (Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn) v Ryu (Breath of Fire IV): Can't vote on FE10.
Salade (La Pucelle: Tactics) v Rhapthorn (Dragon Quest VIII): Too much focused damage + eyes thing.

Heavy

Levin Brenton (Wild ARMs XF) v Adelbert Steiner (Final Fantasy IX): Cancel Strike, 3-2, 3HKO. Reminder: Levin's accuracy is numerically above average. The listed sub-100% is when it is taken against average enemy evasion. So to mesh with this you would have to take the evade of his target as relative to an average or you are kind of hitting him twice for the same thing, as it were.
Balthier (Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions) v Queen Zeal (Chrono Trigger): 2HKO and kinda spoils HP-1.

Middle

Jessica Philomele (Mana Khemia: Alchemists of Al Revis) v Scythe Riebauer (Wild ARMs 4): See Tal.
Felius Arwin (Wild ARMs XF) v Nergal (Fire Emblem: The Blazing Sword): Can't vote yet, although Felius' damage is an AoE skill.

Light

Garnet Sunday (Super Robot Taisen: Original Generation) v Blank (Final Fantasy IX): How bad can Garnet be...
Tink (Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories) v Pikachu (Pokemon): Think he's just better.
Cube (Live a Live) v Melody Vilente (Wild ARMs 3): ......................... Charge move hype? I got nothing. Leaning Cube.

Regarding Tibarn vs. Ryu4?  Tibarn OHKOs average, and correct me if I'm wrong, Ryu's somewhat above average in physical durability, no?  Tibarn's OHKO wasn't that overkill that above average defense can offset it.  That, and Tear just barely misses the turn 1 threshold to me (only Laguz Royal who fails at this, I think)

No, Warrior is not fast.  He's below average speed according to the stat topic (though...this most assuredly has to do with equipment, so take this as you well.)  This combined with how equipment weight factors into turn order (in  sense that actually matters, not an FF5 LOL sense), and in the DL, his best weapons are Axes which are heavy as sin (just a lot stronger than the best DL Swords, especially since one of said weapons is his JL99 Weapon), seeing him as something above average probably isn't happening.

Though...Feather Cap exists...which does hurt his defense.  Hmm...

Admittedly, I did underestimate his offense.

Oh, yeah, I was assuming Tear was turn 1. It's Spd-based and he only has 40? I'm kinda inclined to agree with you in that case. Will rethink that vote.

*punts JL99 weapons* Making a class that is fast the entire game slow isn't cool.

Yes it does. She still has 7HKO damage, and Blank isn't beating that healing. She kills before she runs out pretty easily.

7HKO... I assume you mean Jet Magnum?  Because that kinda has something like 40% accuracy according to the stat topic.  And Garnet has below average durability, to boot.  Although the part where she can heal while attacking.... urgh, headache.

*checks to be sure* Yeah, her accuracy is already factored into the damage. It's 4HKO before that.

Tink (Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories) v Pikachu (Pokemon)- Tink never really caught up to the human PC's for raw offense. He needs a OHKO here and isn't going to get it.

Tibarn (Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn) v Ryu (Breath of Fire IV) - Not voting yet!
Onion Knight (Final Fantasy III) v Terra Branford (Final Fantasy VI) - ITD/ITE magic?  Yeeeah.
Salade (La Pucelle: Tactics) v Rhapthorn (Dragon Quest VIII) - Didn't Rhapthorne have sleep or something?
Arceus (Pokemon) v Shania (Shadow Hearts: From the New World) - Shania doesn't OHKO and Arceus has healing unless I'm missing something here.

Heavy

Warrior (Final Fantasy III) v Knight (Final Fantasy) - Knight durability respect.
Balthier (Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions) v Queen Zeal (Chrono Trigger) - Goes first, 2HKOs?

Middle

Regigigas (Pokemon) v Seraphita (Xenogears) - Regigigas in Middle.
Scholar (Final Fantasy III) v Bow (Breath of Fire II) - I let Scholar use some items but I don't think it's enough?
Jessica Philomele (Mana Khemia: Alchemists of Al Revis) v Scythe Riebauer (Wild ARMs 4) - Donor Bomb OHKOs, and I allow Scythe's opponents auto-initiative like in-game (though Scythe also gets auto-initiative, it just loses against his opponent's).  Clear cut, since he's only getting two shots of Blast off and he 3HKOs.

If you don't allow the initiative?  She just gets Blast spammed to death.  Scythe triples after Jess's first turn and she can't OHKO without the charge move (which gives Scythe two more Blasts to kill with).  Best chance is 30% GUTS but yeah no.

Light

Garnet Sunday (Super Robot Taisen: Original Generation) v Blank (Final Fantasy IX) - ...epic.
Bidoof (Pokemon) v Mudkip (Pokemon) - ...eff this.
Tink (Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories) v Pikachu (Pokemon) - ...epic.

Tibarn (Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn) v Ryu (Breath of Fire IV)- Works for me.
Onion Knight (Final Fantasy III) v Terra Branford (Final Fantasy VI)- Don't think Ultima quite OHKOs generally.  Then runs into 13xCuraga.
Salade (La Pucelle: Tactics) v Rhapthorn (Dragon Quest VIII)- Mmm.  On reflection, going first decides this.
Arceus (Pokemon) v Shania (Shadow Hearts: From the New World)- I guess.

Heavy

Levin Brenton (Wild ARMs XF) v Adelbert Steiner (Final Fantasy IX)- Sure.
Warrior (Final Fantasy III) v Knight (Final Fantasy)- Sure.
Balthier (Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions) v Queen Zeal (Chrono Trigger)
Angeal Hewley (Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII) v Jenova (Final Fantasy VII)- Huh.  I'm underestimating Thunder of Envy.  Still closer than it could be thanks to Jenova's best form her being a super magic tank, but yikes.

Middle

Regigigas (Pokemon) v Seraphita (Xenogears)- Sera just 4HKOs.  Doesn't seem worth analyzing more.  Pity.
Scholar (Final Fantasy III) v Bow (Breath of Fire II)- Seems like he gets in a crippling status before Bow can successfully Shot.
Jessica Philomele (Mana Khemia: Alchemists of Al Revis) v Scythe Riebauer (Wild ARMs 4)- No vote.
Felius Arwin (Wild ARMs XF) v Nergal (Fire Emblem: The Blazing Sword)- Yeah, this match was kinda haphazard.  But SPOILARZ or something.

Light

Garnet Sunday (Super Robot Taisen: Original Generation) v Blank (Final Fantasy IX)- More durable, better hit rate and damage, by enough to get around the awesome of TRUST, methinks.
Bidoof (Pokemon) v Mudkip (Pokemon)
Tink (Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories) v Pikachu (Pokemon)- Goes first, don't think Tink OHKOs.
Cube (Live a Live) v Melody Vilente (Wild ARMs 3)- Pass.  Mwaha.
