Even if he lands Mini, Naesala still has Vortex. And he's below average speed. For me, Naesala just goes first, doubles, and wins.

Gattling Gun is fixed 9000 damage and cannot be modified by anything beyond the number of targets it hits.  It doesn't depend on Persephone's ATK or the opponent's DEF, so it doesn't even follow the normal physical attack formula either.  Personally I'd classify it as non-typed fixed damage.

Oh, it ignores Blocker and the like too, if that helps any.

It certainly makes things more interesting. Gatling Gun overkills pretty easily if you allow it to get through. Have to think about this.

Godo Kisaragi (FF7) vs Naesala (FE9): Naesala has 44% Evade, awesome durability, and 4 points above average Res, and does 80% PCHP damage a turn (no, don't even try to question whether Naesala doubles or not.  You'd have to be at least Myria 1 level speed for me to consider him not doubling.)  Godo...can't deal with all that. He's not outslugging Naesala, by the time Mini kicks in, Naesala's probably done enough damage to Vortex the rest of the fight, given Godo STILL Needs to knock off all of Naesala's Health, and such (Vortex does 7 damage...but he doubles, so its 14, which is half average! ...hey, its enough damage after the beating Naesala did BEFORE Mini.)  Yeah, Naesala to the finals, etc.
Elvis (WA5) vs Ash (PB): Can't vote.


Middle:
